Kali's POV
Raven didn’t move when Diego told her to get out, and I wasn't sure how I felt about that. In all honesty, I wasn't sure how I felt about anything at all. My heart thudded loudly in my chest, and for the next couple of seconds, I could swear that was the only sound that could be heard for the next mile. It didn't help either as neither of us seemed to have moved,like we were individually waiting for the next person to break whatever spell had been placed on all three of us.
Today had started out in the way I last expected it to, but even in a million years, I didn't think this was going to happen. Of all the people in the world, why did it have to be Raven? She already had a personal vendetta against me as it was, and now with this, I was doomed for sure.
