Kali's POV
He stayed on his knees, and my breath caught when I realized he wasn’t joking. A small part of me had thought this was all a prank, a dirty and silly one, but apparently, but the man at my feet meant business, and I had no idea how I felt about that. Diego was actually kneeling in front of me, his eyes glinting with a darkness that was equal parts hunger and mischief.
“Relax,” he murmured, and the single word sent a shiver straight through me. He must have felt the variety of emotions running through me, but his one word command did nothing to calm me. Apparently, all it did was make my insides flare up with anticipation.
I wanted this, I wanted to see where the hell this was going to end, in pleasure, or maybe being woken up from a silly dream.
