The morning was sharp and merciless. It was the kind of light that didn’t caress, but cut through your sleep like a million mad soldiers were chasing you with the intent of killing you. Maybe they were, I wouldn't be surprised if I pushed open the curtains to see that some soldiers were really waiting for me. If they were, I wouldn't exactly be scared, because I would know who the hell exactly sent them.
