Time seemed to slow to a halt after Diego’s almost cinematic entrance. With each step he took inside my room, I felt myself taking an equal one back. I knew for a fact that I couldn't out run him forever, giving the fact that we were in a confined space, and it would only take a little more time before I fully got backed to the wall, but that did nothing to steel my resolve. If anything, it almost made me all the more weak.
