I was this close to thinking that time had suddenly come to a halt, because in the last couple of minutes, no one seemed to have moved. Asides from the initial outrage from the council, no one seemed to have said anything else again. Not Diego, nor the council, not Raven or even Cecil, nor the rest of the girls.
