Kali's POV I didn't sleep a wink last night, and even though I was kind of expecting it, it didn't make it any better at all. How could I have slept, when his words from yesterday echoed loudly in my ears, like he'd somehow gone behind me to pay a group of witches, just so they could keep on chanting the words over and over in my head. I heard it even in my sleep, and in my dream, I could swear I saw Diego taunting me, with the word Test etched painfully into his chest and literally everywhere around him. It was a nightmare obviously, and after it, I found it extremely hard to fall back asleep. Now, the sun had risen fully, and I had no idea what the day would bring. No, more accurately, I had no idea what Diego's idea of a test was going to be. The mere thought sent shivers racing
