16 TIAGUA, LANZAROTE, SATURDAY 23 MARCH 2019Tracking down Billy was getting tedious and much too risky. After two more days staking out the golf course, I decided on a change of tack. At dawn, while the rest of Lanzarote enjoyed a Saturday morning lie in, I donned my full disguise and drove to Tiagua and parked a few houses up the street from the farmhouse I’d seen Mick Maloney return to the other day.
