Daniel POV*

Its June 10th graduation day!" Can you believe we get to be real pack warriors! No more training no more classes its finally happeneing" Larissa comes through my mind link waking me up. "Rissa it is 4 in the morning go back to bed!" No reply...quiet...hmm maybe she actually went back to bed. I lay in my bed one arm covering my eyes. All I can think about is her voice. How beautiful it sounds. Why did I have to tell her to go back to bed, and why havnt I been able to stop thinking about her. " She might be our mate" my wolf Jasper says hardly able to contain himself. He has been so jumpy and overly excited these past few months. " well we shall know for sure in 5 more months" when we turn 18 that is when we are able to find our mate. I roll over in my bed and hug my pillow and try to fall asleep. As im lying their full of regret i suddenly tense up, someone is in my room.

Larissa POV*

Go back to bed? How can I go back to bed! After 2 1/2 years of training day in and day out how can he not be excited to be finished. We are finally finished! Well im going to get some kind of reaction out of him I decide. I very quietly creep out of my room and down the hall to Daniels bedroom. He never locks his door so I know this will be all to easy. I carry a pillow from my bedroom in one hand and the other hand reaches for the door nob. I turn it slowly and push the door open. I softly shut it behind me. I tip toe towards his bed where i find him laying on his side hugging his pillow. " Aww he looks so cute" i tell Lilah through our link. " More like fucken sexy" she gasps. " look at those back muscles ohhhh he has to be our mate Larissa". I instantly block her out and close our link. I cant deny I have been thinking that maybe Daniel is my mate, I have a strong feeling like a connection I cant explain. Well ill have to wait 5 more months till i know for sure. As im standing right next to his bed I slowly raise the pillow in the air and prepare to engage in a pillow fight. Three...two...o ahhhhh before i can finish my mental countdown daniel rolls over with lightning speed and pulls me by my waste into his bed. He savagely tickles my sides until I beg for mercy. Finally he lets me go. I collapse back one head on his arm and cross my arms and pout my lips" No fair Daniel" " Sorry Rissa you may be graduating top of our class but your no match for me" he says. " Is that a challenge"? I demnad. Before he can answer I display my lightning speed and I am instantly straddling him with one of his hands tucked under my leg and the other I contain with both my fists. It takes us a seconed to realize the awkward position we are in. We have wrestled around before but maybe because we are both soon to be mated we have so many hormones flying around it makes this time feel different, almost intimate. I smile awkwardly and release his hands, i  raise my leg to try and climb off of him when im suddenly stopped. Daniel puts his hands on my waist and holds me in place. " Daniel what are you doing" I ask nervously. He just looks at me but i can tell this is a look he has never given me before.He slowly raises his right hand from my waiste and up my back to my neck, i can feel myself being pulled towards him. Im only an inch or two away from his face "Larissa" he whispers " Daniel" i whisper back. When I say his name he gets a sly grin and closes the distance between us. His lips are so soft, So gentle. I cant believe this is happening, i feel him deepen the kiss his hand moving back down to my waist. He pulls me into him and raises his hips into me. I feel his tounge lick my lips as he practically begs for entrance, for a second i panick this cant be happening, my best friend, but it doesnt feel wrong, i let him in. Our tounges touch and dance around each other. He tastes so good. I dont want to stop but he is literally taking my breath away. I pull back for a quick breath. " Daniel what are we doing"? I say. " Im not sure but I know it doesnt feel wrong, your going to be my mate Rissa I know you are this feels to right it has to be you". I smile at him   "i feel it to" i whisper. He pulls me in for another kiss this time with more force more passion, more need. I wrap my hands around him and pull him into me. I can feel his erection growing harder and harder between my legs, i spread my knees wider so i can press down on him. I begin to grind on him back and forth, "Larissa he moans" he grabs on my shirt and in one swift move its off and on the floor, our toungs began frantically exploring each others mouths he breaks the kiss and begans placing hot kisses down my neck to my breasts. He slides my braw down exposing my bare chest. I feel his tounge circling my n****e while his hand gently squeezes the other.I let out a deep moan. Suddenly I hear a low growl." Stop now"...its Lilah. " whats wrong even you said he could be our mate" i say. " But we dont know for sure, we are supposed to save ourselves for our mate, if its not Daniel, you will live to regret it" she says before blocking me out. She is right. I stop everything and quickly jump off daniel. I keep apologizing and grab my shirt and run back to my room and lock the door. " Im sorry Daniel i just want to make sure 100% that you truly are my mate, I feel our connection and I hope its you but we need to wait just in case" i mid link him....nothing he doesnt respond...i decide to shower and get ready for graduation.After graduation our pack throws a big party. Daniel hasnt spoken a word to me since our little incident. Im sitting outside on the steps when i hear a "congratulations, top of the class" i spin around and see Matt. I run up and give him a big hug. I missed him its been months since ive seen my other best friend. " How are you i miss you so much",i say he steps back and looks me up and down making me feel kinda shy. " wow Larissa you have really grown into a beautiful young woman." I blush "stop it weirdo" i say pushing him playfully. I actually was a late bloomer, ive been nothing but a complete flat stick for as long as i can remember, until a couple months ago my body decided to develop overnight and bam i got curves and boobies...finally. I dont see myself like others do I honestly think im just average. I have long straight black hair dark black eyes fair skin full lips nothing to special. He gives me one more look over before giving me a hug and telling me he has to go duty calls...I decide to head to my room instead of joining the party, its no fun without your best friends.
