I left for the office with my lunch which my dear mate had prepared for me. Till now I only praised her as a good cook but now she is the best cook for me. Brownie points for being my mate.
I have called mom and asked her to meet me in the office itself. I don't want anyone to know about my mate's discovery before she herself knows.
Mom needs to know because she will handle the council. I won't tolerate their bull s**t anymore as I have found my mate. The look will be worth watching on their face when I present my mate in front of them.
I don't know what changed but for me now Evelyn is the most beautiful girl in this whole world. I never thought like that before. Maybe the realisation that she is my mate is doing everything. I am feeling shy as well sometimes.
