I stared at my mate's back who was going towards the kitchen dismissing the conversation I initiated with her. I have so many questions lingering in my head but I can't ask her about it nor I can find it out on my own.
“Why the hell didn't you let me come out and claim our mate? What's wrong with you human? You didn't even tell her that we are her mates. I don't know why she can't feel the mate bond.” Aleric shouted in my head and the last question which he asked is the same question which is roaming in my head
“That's my question as well, Aleric. Why can't she sense us? Most importantly, why can't I sense her wolf? She is a werewolf without a wolf? What kind of joke is this?” I asked him and he became quiet
