Reese awoke in a dimly lit room with a figure hovering over her.
“Who are you?” She questioned, her mouth dry with despair.
The figure moved without responding, a surge of being uncomfortable filled inside of Reese. A sound of rustling frightened her, she tried getting up but couldn't as chains scratched her wrists and ankles. Reese looked around, trying to get a feel of her surroundings.
“You're awake.”
“Allen.” She spat. “Where is Jasmine?”
He smiled as he caressed Reese's pale cheek splashed red with anger. Allen focused on his daughter's vibrant green eyes; she resembled her mother.
“Sold.” He responded.
Reese looked away, covered in disgust. Her disbelief in her father's response enraged her, she kept quiet as Allen kept caressing her body. He soon left the room as Reese became more uncomfortable. Anxious and worried, Reese fell into a dark sea of unconsciousness and was pulled into a realm of sleep.
Hours passed when Reese awoke in sweat, as natural instincts pulled her to wipe her face she noticed her handcuffs were unlocked. She looked around in confusion, only to see the man that was on top of her before.
“Go.” He whispered.
Reese felt stuck, she couldn't respond. She felt that this was a trap, a chance to receive further punishment from her psychotic father.
“Go!” He snapped, pushing a bag onto Reese's lap. “Save her, your sister is with a dangerous man. There's a blue van for you. Go, don't ask questions.”
The mention of her sister sent a jolt of adrenaline throughout Reese. She looked inside the backpack, seeing water, clothes, and food. She looked up, analyzing the man's features.
“What's your name?”
“Dori. But just call me uncle.” Dori replied, assisting Reese up the stairs to save Jasmine.
Reese was still in a state of confusion, but she was adamant on saving Jasmine. She followed Dori's instructions as he led her quietly to the van and glided her way in. Dori followed in after her, telling the driver to go. The dark van sped down the bumpy roads. The van eventually stopped near an empty field.
“What do I do?” Reese whispered.
Dori replied, his voice deep and familiar. “Look for a latch door in the field, beneath is a basement. It tends to be unlocked, Jasmine won't make it unless you go.”
