Wrath

"Blood splashing on the wall ,that foul but yet addictive smell of blood , trembling hands,a red hammer" a girl woke up from dream with sweaty face and red ears . She act like such dreams are normal for her.Her name is lillith . She gets ready for her first day of college But she isn't happy about it. She stepped her first step in new college with EarPods on her ears ignoring surroundings as much as she can . She entered her class and sat on first bench alone. She doesn't want to interact with other human being but later 2 girls joined her in that same bench . Next year on July 21, a tragic accident happened in the college. Main building of college is surrounded by students and police are investigating. A teacher is found dead in front of building and floor is full of blood coming from his[dead teacher] head. "Oh it's a sucide" a guy said who is standing at side of lillith. She [lillith] asked him "how you know?". He replied "his [teacher] head is banged and burst due to fall from this building so it's probably sucide ,who would kill a teacher tho !" Lilith whispers "fool" and walk away from that surrounding. Police investigate the teacher's death and lastly they declared it as a sucide tho it doesn't make it sense . Days passed by and Lilith friends decided to go out for a picnic . It was Thursday and they went out for a picnic in a park surrounded by a beautiful lake. They enjoyed by dancing , singing and eating but now it's time for truth or dare. The bottle mouth pointed at a girl named Abby . She said "truth". Rohan asked her whether she has feelings for someone among them or not . Abby blushed and said yes with her eyes looking straight to Lilith's eyes for a second. In this scenario we [viewers]can presume if Abby is in love with lillith . That day Abby became close to lillith but it is hard to predict what is going on in Lilith mind. On very next day , while having lunch in college Abby came and sit with Lilith and her friends. On her second bite of food , she notices and asked Lilith " what's on your hand with those rashes ?" Nothing , claimed Lilith with a little mean voice. (Bell rangs ). Isn't it fast ?, Rohan expressed. Everyone went to their class . The teacher came and advised everyone not to stay outside their home at late nights. A student asked 'Is it because of murder last night?'. Everyone is shocked and they start checking it in internet . A student loudly reads "A guy of about age of 20 is murdered at street no 4,Washington. His head has large dent and jaw was departed and a finger was missing." Some disturbing pictures of victim were also published in news . After college ends Lilith is going back to home . On the way she felt like someone is following her. She looked back and there was Rohan . She squinted her eyes at him as it look like a look of hatred. Rohan said “ I didn’t scare you , did I ?”. Lilith didn’t answered.Let me drop you to your house since it it dangerous to walk alone, Rohan said with a flirty texture in voice. Lilith looked straight to his eyes asked him “aren’t you scared?” With dim voice. Rohan replied “ no, iam not scared of anything. Even he came in front of me I will kill him.” Lilith again stare at his eyes, “Ohh you are misogynistic. You already presume that the murderer was a man.”Lilith said with a smile and walk away.Rohan couldn’t uttered a word after that and he felt little creeped out with Lilith voice and appearance .He felt his armpits wet, his throat starts drying and lips become dry and he kept looking at the way Lilith gone until he can’t see her. He looked around, it’s getting more darker and darker,no one around . He was standing alone there. He turned and went back to the way of his house. After a little distance of walking, he feels strong wind around his neck. And “BANG” . His head burst and blood start flowing and floating in air. He put his hand on his dented head . He feels blood coming out and he looked back. It’s blur around , he can’t see clear. He slowly managed to look up and he can’t believe his eyes of whom he saw. It was Lilith with a red hammer on hand. Blood is dripping from hammer and Her eyes looks dead ,face covered with splashes of blood, hair is messy. Then she again hit him with hammer and he drop at floor. She whispers “fool” with a low breathing voice. She checked whether he is alive or not. She put her two fingers in front of his nose . Lilith gasped, “ohh, you still breathing !”. She then dragged him to dark corner and placed his body. Then she reached to her pocket and took out a cigarette. She burns it and start smoking.She reach to another pocket and took out a small knife. Knife was small but yet it looks sharp enough to cut thick skin. She sat near his body at corner.He [Rohan] is alive but dying slowly.She then slit his jaw up to the ear and cut his one of finger. She stood up and looked at sky . She closed her eye and smiled while looking up at sky. Days passed ,friends and family are worried about absence of Rohan for days.His mother had filed complaint about her missing child to police but haven’t heard anything since. Gabriel [Rohan’s best friend] “,it’s been 4 days since he is missing” . Abby said , “you are his best friend you should know about his whereabouts”. Gabriel replied, “last time Rohan was with Lilith. He told me via his phone when I called him for last time. May be Lilith know about him.” Lilith said , “No I don’t know.” “I know you are with him . Don’t lie to me,” Gabriel expressed with high tone voice “You are not qualified to talk to me like that ,”Lilith said with coldness on her voice . This conversation make others develop doubts in their mind about Lilith but Abby was confident about Lilith innocence. The day after , Lilith came to Gabriel and invite him to her house to clear misunderstanding between them. Gabriel looked around with a hesitation. “Are you scared of me ?” Lilith smiled at Gabriel. Gabriel agreed for meeting and they went together after class ends. It’s about 8 o’clock and they are walking together toward Lilith home. On the way ,Gabriel feels familiar with path . They reached home and Lilith told him to stay for dinner. Later after some time Lilith brought plates full of dishes with delicious smell in air. What’s this smell? ,” Gabriel asked. “It’s meat ,” Lilith replied. Then they start eating together and Gabriel asked Lilith about her mom. “She is out of town for work,” Lilith replied. Meat is delicious. It’s my first time having such unique texture of meat. “What meat is it ?” Gabriel asked with curiosity. “It’s Rohan”, Lilith replied while having bite of meat. Gabriel paused at the moment , his eyes became wide and hands become sweaty that spoon slipped through his hand and fell in floor. Lilith smiled and said , “ you don’t know how to take a joke, do you ?”. He suddenly remembered about the path he felt familiar earlier. He realized that it’s the same street mentioned by news where a 20 year old guy was murdered and it is near Lilith’s home. Now he became more suspicious of Lilith and stood up from table. “What happened?,” Lilith asked. Oh I suddenly remember something important. I have to go and thank you for the food.” Gabriel replied with frightened voice. He left her home panicking all the way. He could not sleep all night. Next morning he told everything to Abby about what happened at Lilith house. Abby said, “ you are misunderstood Gabriel. She might be a silent person who does not express her feelings but she isn’t a murderer”. Gabriel again said, “ you are blindedAbby and you might regret later”. Then Gabriel decided to search for evidence himself against Lilith. At lunch time , he entered to college storage room quietly where information about all students were kept safely. He began to search for Lilith transfer documents. After searching for a while he found it. He opened documents and started reading. He was amused . [Door creaking] looks like someone is entering. Gabriel hide behind one of the self . The person was a guard. Gabriel managed to escape from storage room and due to darkness guard could not see him. He rushed to tell everything to Abby. He went to canteen where he saw Abby with Lilith. He could not say a single word in front of Lilith. Lilith looked at Gabriel face and she can sensed that something isn’t right. Gabriel walked away from there. Later when Abby went to bathroom,(ting) a message came to Abby’s phone. Lilith looked at Abby ‘s phone and it was Gabriel msg . Message says, “ I have something important to tell you about Lilith. Meet me at jubilee park at 7 pm today”. After reading message, Lilith deleted that message from Abby’s phone. At 7pm, Gabriel was waiting in park and suddenly he heard footsteps. He looked back. It was Lilith standing in front of him. He panicked at the moment. Gabriel asked “ why are you here?” Lilith didn’t uttered a single word and she kept staring at him with her dead eyes. Then she gave him a box and told him it was a gift. Gabriel opened the box and screamed at first sight of it. The box contains 3 fingers . He recognized that one of the cut finger is of his best friend Rohan.Before he can think of anything, a hammer is striked against his head from back. He exclaimed with pain and realized it wasn’t Lilith who hit him. He looked back . His mouth opened wide as he was seeing something that he never thought it would be . Abby was the one who hit him from behind at his head with hammer. He fell in ground. He tried to stand up but Abby again hit him with hammer. Lilith there standing and watching everything. [backstory : Abby knew that the teacher, 20 year old boy and Rohan was killed by Lilith but she decided to be on side of Lilith. ] Lilith whispers, “ it’s time to move to another chapter” and she slits throat of Abby with a knife that she used to kill Rohan. Abby was flabbergasted and exclaimed with pain , “ I loved you despite of who you are. I tried to understand you and share your agony with myself but you decided to kill me . You are the most cold blooded person I have ever seen. You are devil in disguise.” Lilith said “ don’t talk much it will only cause more pain” Abby get down on her knees and crumbled in pain. A lot of blood was already lost from her throat. “I can hear my heart burst and now I’m dying by hand of someone I desired and loved” Abby expressed with tears in eyes and betrayal in her heart. “ I MAY BE HANNIBAL BUT YOU ARE NOT WILL GRAHM”.-Lilith told to dying Abby .Then she took the documents from hand of Gabriel who was already dead . She opened papers which are her’s medical paper. Those papers had written that Lilith was suffering from psychotic disorder. She burns all those documents. Then Lilith looked up at sky and smiled while closing her eyes. THE END
