“How are you feeling, son?” Dad asked the next morning, as I stifled a yawn when I reached the door to his office.
“I didn’t get much sleep. I’m pissed Michael took my opportunity to seek retribution from James. At the same time, I am happy James is getting the punishment he deserves from Goddess Selene. Claudia wants me to see Bella” I answered as we both walked into his office.
“That is a good idea” he replied, sitting behind his desk.
“Claudia is attending to Sophia. She will be here shortly”, I told everyone, stifling another yawn behind my hand.
“We can continue without you, if you need more sleep”, Simon said, looking me in the eye, or more like the black circles under them.
