Claudia’s POV
“What’s happening, Mandy?” I asked as she stopped, looking at Danny before turning to answer my question.
“I’ll bring Chelsea and Tim over. Give me a minute” she answered, glancing at Danny again before nudging his leg as I looked at Danny.
“That’s weird” I murmured as I watched Amanda hesitate at what she was doing, constantly looking at Danny. Something’s wrong. I just don’t know what it is.
“What’s weird?” Danny asked.
“Mandy” I said, continuing as she stopped what she was doing to look at Danny again. “For as long as I have known her, she never hesitates.”
He gazed towards Mandy as she looked over at him again; “Jesse, do you know what’s going on?” he asked as Jesse came up to Danny and placed his head in his lap. Now I know something is wrong.
