It was a figure that had been agreed upon during some protracted negotiations between the `Allied Ranks of Skullenian Entities' (ARSE), and the `Noble Order of Stable Ectoplasm' (NOSE).
The NOSE had spoken to the ARSE and suggested what it thought was a reasonable amount of PISS, but the ARSE had fervently disagreed with the NOSE's proposal and kicked up a right old stink. And so, that being the case, the ARSE had been forced to come up with what they thought was a goodly quantity of PISS. Of course that was after there was a massive split right through the middle of the ARSE itself, when they argued amongst themselves about what the figure should be, but they soon got their act together when the arbitrator, a representative from `Terror Industry Trade Solutions' (t**s), invoked clause 44
