Chapter Twenty-FiveDECEMBER 25, 2012 Christmas morning there was new lingerie and Avon body spray for both sisters from their parents in Sudbury, a blue sweater for Robyn from Lori; a red and black sweater for Lori from Robyn, chocolates and hazel nuts and pistachios, candy canes, and Christmas Morning Wifesaver casserole in the oven, with tea and tiny Chinese oranges. It was a good morning. They went into the kitchen and made cinnamon buns in the bread-maker. They drank Pepsi while the sweet rolls baked. Robyn played her guitar. They sang carols. Friends from work and school dropped in later for a visit; by five o'clock the turkey breasts and gravy, with all the festive accompaniments, had been served. They finished the evening by turning out the lights and enjoyed the tree and twinkle
