"Hey" I turned to see who was calling me, only to find a guy; he was tall with messy golden brown hair, too handsome to take my eyes off him. Before I realized, my jaw had dropped in admiration. "Next time, sing a little bit more calmly, this is a quite neighborhood, we hate noise" he said boldly and turned to leave.I felt anger boil in my veins, how dare he call my singing noise. "Wait", I called him, I was angry but I was not sure what right words I would use on him, so I said "Next time mind your own business!"

Welcome back party.
Many say true love never hurts, trust me it never hurt if you have never been in love. Love is a source of joy and sorrow. Some take it for a game but trust me it still hurts the same way. Love was meaningless to me, not until I found that person who makes my heart ache, when he passed by me I felt like I could not breath, he could overwhelm me with everything about him. Though I hated his guts at first. It may or may not appear to your sense fast enough but he was just a crush. We were not practically dating. My name is Rosie Sulven, twenty two years now but my story started five years ago when I was seventeen years in my high school, at Rashville High School. "You are going to Rashville High School!" we're my mom's words when we shifted to another town. Moving to a new place is only fun when traveling in a car, it feels like a road trip. But the departure and arrival are the worst. When departing, you have to say goodbye to all the sweet memories, friends, people, a house that was once your home, your old school, classmates, friends and neighbors would all become old faded memories soon. And on arrival, you realise you are yet to attack a new, very strange community only praying that it turns out good. Our new house was big and spacious, it looked more beautiful than the one we had. I now realized why my parents sold our old house to buy this new one, it was a treasure to cherish. The area was quite and for a moment I thought we did not have any neighbors. I sat on my bed and looked at my messed up room, my luggage was everywhere, my mom usually complained about all the things I had, she would whole day saying it was my stuff that took the biggest portion of the house. I started putting them in place one by one. Shortly after, I had a knock on the door, it was my mom, "Your dad found you a good school," she said as she entered the room, "You are going to Rashville High School". I smiled, not like I could give my opinion about the school, that's how it worked in our family, dad brings an idea, mom agrees with him, we all follow. After telling me about the school, she left, we never talked much with her , we talked a little with dad but he was always busy with this or that. My younger brother Howie always complained about how our parents never had time for us, but nothing ever changed. "New school," I thought to my self. Adopting to a new environment is never easy. I knew Rashville High School would not be easy to live in but I had to stay strong. ************************** The first day in school was supposed to be scary but I was ready for it, I sat in front of the principal who was trying to address me about the school, bit my mind had drifted to the moments of I had to face off in this new school. She concluded without my knowledge, "You can go, I think you remember what I have told you" she said raising a brow. I nodded not sure what I was agreeing about. She escorted me out, called out some random girl to take me to class. Hi I'm Lizzy, we are in the same class she said stretching her hand out for me to shake. I'm Rosie nice to meet you I shook her hand back trying to force a smile, because I was not sure how to react. She smiled back in what looked like a genuine smile to me. She then led the way to class. Lizzy was a girl of almost my height having chocolate brown hair, with Bright eyes. She could be described as beautiful even with the simple make up she was wearing. We reached the door of the classroom, Lizzy pushed the door open, my heart almost popped out of my chest. I just could not put in place what scared me the most, but trust me new places are on my top ten fears. I put my first step forward, it felt like I was pushing myself in. I walked trying as hard not to look into anyone's eyes. "You can take this seat, no one owns it." Lizzy said when she finally stopped at a point. I exhaled and thanked her then took my seat. I had not sat for too long when I heard an announcement. "All student are needed at the basketball court with immediate effect" all students got up murmuring and rushed out, I was taken back for a moment not yet if I had follow them or wait for someone to offer me help. Still in a daze of thought, Lizzy approached me. "Come one let's go, you do not want to be late" she grabbed my hand without waiting for my approval and dragged me to the meeting area. We got a place to sit and waited for whoever was supposed to speak to us. An elderly lady who looked too young for her age I guess, because if it had not been for her complete grey haired head, I would not tell she was gone of age, the principal of the school whom I had met a few minutes or perhaps an hour ago. "All of you might be surprised about this sudden call" she began her speech, her voice was calm but full, strong with a commanding tone in it, the kind of voice that could straighten a mistake without an action taken. "Ravley Conny, your colleague is out of the hospital as I speak" she said and paused as if waiting for a reaction. All students, to be more specific all girls screamed including Lizzy. I did not know how to react. I looked at Lizzy questioningly. "You do not understand?" she asked me in a surprised tone. I nodded eyes wide with confirmation. "Look, the coolest boy is coming back to school" she shouted. I grimaced at her, was that what everyone was shouting about. I scoffed in disbelief and looked at the noisy crowd still wondering how someone would shout the excitedly for someone just because they are cool. "Attention" the principal screamed to calm the noisy crowd. In a blink of an eye everyone was silent, "So we as the school administration," she continued "have decided to throw him a welcome back party from the hospital and to school, since she got injured during or school's game". Everyone grew excited, " So in charge of the arrangement is Nelson Greg his best friend, he is currently not in school together with all the other friends of Ravley but they know about this". Everyone screamed in excitement. "So you should all prepare for Ravley's welcome back party."
