Bryan's pov
I just dropped Megan at my house and I headed to my company. I couldn't believe the fact that one of my trusted partners had betrayed me.
I had to cut short our honeymoon, I knew she was mad at me and was trying to make it obvious, not like I give a damn. I alighted from my sports car and strolled into the building.
I walk into the meeting room, feeling confident and self-assured. As I take my seat at the head of the table, I look around at the other people in the room. I can tell that they're impressed by my presence, and I take satisfaction in that.
I launch into a monologue about the company's recent successes, taking full credit for everything that's been accomplished. I know that they're hanging on my every word, and I relish the attention. I'm the one in charge here
