20 Debbie walked into the salon and straight back to her office. Her stylists threw a curious glance her way as she passed them, but neither of them said anything. It wasn’t like her to come to work sullen and grumpy. She’d be back to her old ways as soon as she nursed this headache. A can of soda and two pain pills should do the trick. With that out of the way, she eased herself into her office chair and leaned back, propping her feet on the desk. She closed her eyes and wondered what she’d been thinking, coming into work after not sleeping all night. How could she have slept, when Bob infiltrated her dreams every time she tried?
