11 Debbie watched Bob interact with a couple of students who had stopped at their table. She had been about to introduce herself, but he had stepped in and asked them about their interests and if they had ever traveled through Amor before. It was like a stranger had replaced Bob. He was animated and interested in the lives of the people he talked to. And when he, Debbie, and Sandy had arrived late and their spot had been given to a last-minute arrival, he hadn’t freaked out. He had simply asked where a good place for them to set up would be. And then there was the fact that he’d slept in because he hadn’t been able to find his phone that morning.
