Hidden Past

'I'm a hybrid.' Now my secrets out great.

Scarlett's POV

'How is that possible?' Jake asked.

'Well you see... umm... my mother was a demon and vampire hybrid and my father was a werewolf. However my mother was an original and my dad royal at that, so that makes me and original and royal too...' Everyone's jaws just dropped and there eyes widened.

'You should be dead?!?' Matt explained.

'Well I'm not... but sometimes I wish I was..' I muttered quietly to myself.

'DON'T SAY THAT!' Jake yelled in his alpha voice, everyone around me except Micheal whimpered but I just stood with a blank expression.

'You want to know what happened... well..'

Flashback

'Mother do I have to go to the meeting with you, Eric is older he should be king first before I become Queen.' I whined to my mother while she was dragging my 397 year old out the carriage.

'You know I want you to become Queen and the alpha wants to meet you.' My mother told me sternly.

'Yes mot...' I was cut of from a scream come from behind me. We both spun round to be faced with the castle on fire and people running out. 'ROUGES!' Someone screamed as they run near us.

'We need to help them mother.' I said facing her. In her eyes she knew I was telling the truth.

'Dear let's go but if something goes wrong I want you to promise you will run and hide your scent and stay hidden.' I knew I couldn't fight her on this so I just sighed and said

'Fine mother I will.' With that we ran inside the castle to see my father and my brother.

'What happened?' I questioned.

'The vampire prince is here.... and he brought both rouges and vampires with him..' my father spoke stuttered out. The thing is the vampire prince has wanted me for himself and turn me into a weapon, I am the only living creature known to the world who has more than two supernaturals. My brother has a demon and werewolf and my mother has a vampire and a demon. I have a demon, vampire and werewolf. He wants me for his own pleasure and to make me his mate. My parents refuse to give me up so I guess he will take me by force. My face paled and my brother asked 'Scar what is it why has your face paled..'

'Tur-turn aro-around..' I stuttered out. All three turned there heads to see the vampire prince and an army of rouges and vampires behind him.

'What do we do..?' I questioned to my father.

'We fight.' He replied.

With that said my brother and dad turned into there black wolves with me and my mother turned into are demons. My mother has red wings where mine are black and gold. We ran straight towards the rouges and vampires taking heads and throats with us as we ran past them. We had taken down over half of them when we heard a scream. I know that scream it was my mother. I froze. I looked around frantically to find the her location. I ran outside taking down a couple more rouges on the way. I stood horrified. Soon my father and brother joined. The three of us just stood there. An evil laugh echoed around as the vampire prince stood there with his hands around my mothers throat and it seemed to be burning it.

'Get off her!' I screamed and as I was about to run forward my father grabbed my waist.

'Now where's the fun in the sweet heart.' He chucked back to me.

'Remember what I said dear.' My mothers normal sweet voice now sounded ruff and horrid. She mind linked me 'run baby run.' I stood there and just looked at her. If I ran she would die and I couldn't do that. 'No..' i minded linked her back with tears forming in my eyes. 'I can't leave you..'

My mother looked me in the eyes and said 'I'm sorry baby.' After my mother finished that the prince ripped her head off and throw it to the side. I collapsed on the ground and I felt a presence next to me.

'Will you still fight now.' The prince laughed at us.

'Why.. why would you kill her.' I said staring straight at him.

'Because you are MINE sweet heart.'

As he said that my father ran towards him but the prince ripped his heart out and my fathers body fell to the ground. I looked to the side to see Eric stood there tears on his eyes. He turned to face me and he said 'RUN SCAR RUN!' I feel like this has happened before and I knew it had. I took one last look at my brother and ran. I ran past trees and jumped over logs. Ran throw rivers and then found a tree which was hollow. I will hide here. I heard a painful howl and I knew it was my brothers. They were all dead, my family gone. How do I escape him. How will I survive without them. I stayed hidden for at least a day or two and I thought it was time to leave. I shifted back into my human form and stepped out of the tree to be met with the prince and many rouges and vampires.

'Your mine now sweet heart.'

That's were the t*****e began. That's where my life turned to hell. That's when I knew my life was never gonna be the same. I needed to find a way out. After that night I had spend 13 years locked in a basement being beaten and tortured until I almost died until I thought of a way out. I was going to die. I would fake my own death and be free. I knew how to do it I would just knock myself out for a bit and where I don't have a pulse they would think I was dead. I put my plan into action, after 13 years I was gonna be free. I woke up a couple of days later out in the woods and I saw a couple of people looking at me. I have escaped. I'm free. He will never find me.

Flashback over.

'He's back...' I whispered and then everything went black.
