Emma's POV.
Things around the house have been very tense, since Shaun came back, to say the least.
Joseph has been working a lot the last couple of days, and he comes home very late every night, leaving me home alone with Shaun. I try to avoid him as much as possible when he's around. Which isn't often if I'm being honest.
I don't know what he does or where he goes when he leaves. My only guess is that he's meeting up with Amanda and spending time with her. The thought of the two of them hooking up behind my back really hurts, it makes my stomach turn. I keep thinking about the night of my and Joseph's rehearsal dinner, when Amanda told me that Shaun loves me. Why would she say something like that and then run off with him a few days later?
