Chapter 7

Veronica's POV

I sighed as I went to take a shower. It was only 3:30 but I was leaving the house with Katie and Ana. Katie had to be there no later than 4:45, meaning we only had an hour and 15 minuts to shower, make breakfast, eat, make sure Ana had stuff to play with on the plane, and dubble check the suit cases. I sighed as I stepped in the shower. It only took me 15 minutes to wash up and I brushed my hair as I walked down the stairs. I raised an eyebrow when I noticed Ana sitting in her high chair half asleep trying to eat her eggs. She looked exhausted, my poor baby girl. I smiled as her head drooped before she picked it back up and ste some of her eggs.

I walked over and kissed her head making her look up at me. She held her hands up and I picked her up. I helped her finish her eggs and then ate my own food. After I ate I went and laid Ana, who had passed out again, on the couch and went to grab the suit cases. I brought them down the stairs and started to help Katie go through them- well, more like I went through them and she read from the check list. We were on Ana's now, finally almost done.

"Shirts?" Katie asked.

"Yep." I answered.

"Jeans, shorts and socks?" Katie read.

"Yes ma'am." I replied.

"Extra toys?"

"Check."

"Diapers?"

"Yes ma'am. We have some in the diaper bag too."

"That's good. How abo-"

"Momma?"

I looked over and seen Anastasia sitting up on the couch rubbing her eyes, "Hi baby."

"Uhhhh." She said raising her arms.

Katie picked her up and gave her to me. I stood up and she finished going through Ana's suit case. I swayed as I hummed to Ana. She didn't need to be awake. It was only 4:29 in the morning. 4:29?!?!

"Katie, we gotta go. Like now!" I said.

We loaded the suit cases and Katie took Ana so she could get her in the car as I ran back in for our carry ons and the diaper bag, I ran out and locked the door before running to the car. Katie backed out as soon as my door was closed. I looked back at Ana to find her looking at me. She gave me a yawn and closed her eyes.

"Momma ng?" Ana asked me.

I smiled and started to sing 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star', Ana's all time favorite. She passed out again and we pulled up to the school. The teachers were all loading their bags so Katie grabbed ours and went to put them on. I got Ana-rocket out and walked over to the teachers. Ana jumped and looked at me when Katie loced her car.

"It's alright. Mommy locked her car. Go back to sleep, Ana- rocket." I smiled.

"Mommy?" She asked.

I walked over to Katie. She was talking to Miss Rosendale, my math teacher, and Mr. Summers, my english teacher. Ana put her hand on Katie's shoulder making her turn to face her.

"Hey Ana-rocket. Your awake." Katie smiled.

In return, Ana rubbed her eyes and said, "Tie."

Katie took her from me and I looked at her shocked, "Hey! You stole my baby!"

"She loves me more." Katie said, rubbing her back.

"Yeah right! She loves me more!" I said.

"Nope."

"Hell yeah!"

Ana's head shot up and she looked at me, "Ooooo! Momma!"

I was about to say something when I heard, "Its to f*****g early for this s**t!"

"Sammie's here!" I said with a smile as I turned to look at my best friend.

"I'm here! Can I sleep now?" She asked.

"Ana!" Justine yelled, startling her again.

"Shhhh." Ana said and gave her the bird.

"Anastasia Elizabeth!" Katie said.

"Shhh. Tie." Ana said as she rested her head again.

"What am I gonna do with you?" Katie asked her.

"Shhh." Ana replied.

Katie gave her to me when she noticed she was looking at me. As soon as she was in my arms she was out again. I rubbed her back and hummed to her. Sammie, Justine and Justin all walked up.

"Hey! Your walking!" I whisper yelled.

"I am!" Justin smiled, "I was not about to miss this trip because Mariah is an asshole."

I seen Dakota walking towards me and rolled my eyes. We were still standing next to the teachers so when Katie seen her walking towards me she called me over to her.

"Yes Miss Rivers?" I playfully asked.

"Stay away from her with my rocket." Katie said.

"I'll stay right here." I smiled.

Dakota walked over and smiled at me, "Hey. You look beautiful."

"Uh. Thanks?" I said.

"No problem. I'm sure your always this beautiful." She smiled.

"I guess." I replied.

"And who is this little cutie?" Dakota asked trying to take Ana from me.

"No!" Ana yelled.

"Leave her alone." I said.

"I just wanted to hold her." she said.

"She's tired and just wants to sleep." I told her.

"So? She can sleep while I hold her." Dakota replied.

"Dakota, go find something to do. Leave my baby alone." Katie told her.

"f**k you, Miss I-like-my-student." Dakota said.

"That should be Miss I-LOVE-my-student." Katie responded.

"Oooooooo!" My friends said when they saw me blushing.

Dakota just walked towards Mariah and they hugged.

Finally everyone was here and we were aloud to board the bus, My group took the last seats and Katie and Miss Rosendale sat at the back with us. They were watching the bad kids. Plus Katie wanted to be close to Ana and I. Ana slept the whole way to the air port and didn't wake up until we were an hour into the plane trip. She looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back down at her and kissed her head.

"Hungry?" I asked.

"Ah." She replied. I gave her some of her baby cereal. It was an unopened jar because we didnt want them to throw it away at the airport. Ana smiled and started to eat them. I looked back to Katie, she was talking to Miss Rosendale. It was now 10:30 and we still had 5 hours to go. Ana finished eating then passed out again. She was so tired. I think she is getting sick. My poor little rocket. Katie took her and I turned around with my knees on the seat to look at Faith. She was sitting next to Blair.

Blair was a girl that could be part of our group but was better off alone. She wasn't to good with people but was fine letting Faith hang all over her. Yes, Blair is a lesbian. Today she was wearing black sweatpants and a dark blue hoodie that she had written 'Got Chicks?' on in neon blue fabric paint. She was also waering blac DC's.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey cuz, what you doing?" Faith asked.

"Being bored. Ana's asleep and Katie won't talk to me." I sighed.

Blair grinned, "You fighting for her attention?"

"Nope. She doesn't wanna talk to me then fine." I smiled.

"You better not be talking about me." Katie said.

"Sorry." I grinned.

Faith got up to use the bathroom and Blair grinned at her, "Wanna join the mile high club?"

Faith blushed and shook her head as she walked off. Blair chuckled but stopped dead when she seen the look I gave her. Faith may be my age but she was still my liitle cousin and no one was gonna say stuff like that to her when I was around. I'll send Ana-rocket to kick their ass.

"Hey, I gotta ask you something." Blair said.

"What's that?" I asked.

"Well, I really like Faith. I think I'm falling in love with her. Do you care if I ask her out?" Blair asked.

"No. But if you hurt her, I'll send Ana after your ass." I said.

"Thank you." She smiled.

"No problem." I grinned.

"Momma?" Ana asked.

I looked at her, "Ana?"

She grinned and held her arms out to me so I took her, "Say hi to Blair."

"Hi!" Ana grinned.

"Hi there lil' cutie." Blair grinned.

Ana covered her face and smiled as she shook her head. "Aaa eee?"

Blair looked at me confused.

"Wanna see?" I cleared up.

"Oh. Yeah sure." Blair said.

"Ayyyy." Ana reached for something and Katie gave it to her.

It was a picture she had colored of a rocket.

"That's very pretty." Blair told her.

"Aaaaaaan iiii?" Ana asked holding it out for her.

"Uhhh." Blair said.

"Want it?" I said, clearing up again.

"Sure. Thank you lil' cutie." Blair said with a wink.

Ana grinned and looked at me. She opened her mouth and yawned. I seen Faith coming and nodded towards her. Blair glanced and then nodded back at me. I turned around and smiled down at Ana. I pulled up her bag and took out her tablet. It was one of those Leap Pad ones so it was educational. Ana played with that for a while and I watched her. I looked up when I felt Katie tap me.

"Do you want a drink?" She asked.

"Oh uh, sure." I said.

"What do you want?" She asked.

"Dr. Pepper please." I replied.

Katie called a lady over and asked her to get our drinks. She came back and gave us our drink along with apple juice for Ana-rocket.

"Hi." Ana said to her.

"Hi." She smiled and waved.

Ana grinned and held up her juice box for her. "Annnn?"

"No thank you. I have to get back to work now. See you later."

Ana watched her go then went back to playing. I looked at Katie and yawned, "What time is it?"

"Uh. 3:20. We should be landing soon." Katie replied.

As if he read her thoughts the pilot came over the speaker telling everyone to be seated and buckle up because we were landing now. Ana looked around for his voice the whole time he was talking and I almost started to laugh. After we landed we got out and went to find our suit cases. I set Ana down and she wrapped herself around my leg. She sat down on my foot and everytime I moved my leg, she would squeal and giggle. I helped Katie grab our suit cases then picked up Ana. I set her suit case on top of mine and put our carry ons and the diaper bag over my shoulder.

"Ok kids listen up!" Miss Rosendale said.

Not that anyone was listening to her.

"Yo!" Katie yelled.

That made everyone shut up.

"Thanks Miss Rivers. There are 3 buses outside waiting for us. Miss Rivers and my homeroom will be on bus 1. Mr. Summers and Mr. Murray have bus 2. And Mrs. Wilder and Mr. Wilder have bus 3. Everyone got that?" Miss Rosendale asked.

"Yeah." Was what chorused through everyone of us students. No Mrs. Wilder is not Married to Mr. Wilder. She's married to his brother.

Everyone got on their bus and we finally arrived to the hotel. We all went in and the teachers went to see about the room situation. When they came back, Katie took charge, which was really hot.

"Ok. There will be four to a room. I'll try to pair you up by your crush. Or if your in a relationship. There are beds per room so you can figure that out. Everyone ok with that?" Katie asked.

"Yes ma'am." We said.

"Okay. In room 543 we have-" I cut her out only listening for certain names.

"And in room 593 we have, Justin, Alex Fox, Ashley, and Stephanie. That leaves Sammie, Justine, Faith and Blair in room 594. Everyone got that?" She asked.

"Yes Miss Rivers."

"Good. Now two people get your assed over here and get your room keys." Katie grinned watching the kids all smile and look at each other.

After that we got our bags and went up to our room. we didn't have anything to do until 7 which was dinner time. So we lounged around our room doing nothing. We played with Ana and took a nap but that was it. Tomorrow we were going out and about. We had to do nothing educational on this trip and everyone was happy about that. I sighed as I lounged on the bed and watched Ana look out the window. She was sitting on the bed between Katie and I. I passed out again, thinking about how happy I was to be with my two favorite girls.
