Chapter 8

Katie's POV

I woke up and heared the shower running so I got up and put Ana in the middled of the bed. After making sure she was safe, I suck into the bathroom. Veronica was singing. I smiled she had such an amazing voice. I undressed and got in behind her. I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her shoulder lightly before I started to suck on her neck.

"Your still on probation." Veronica said.

"I'm only giving you a hickey. Its my mark, that's all." I explained.

"Fine. But when your done will you wash my back?" She asked.

"Sure thang." I said and went back to sucking on her neck.

I finished and took the washcloth from her so I could wash her back. I finished fast and then turned her face and lightly kiss her. She smiled and kissed back. Just when I was getting into it, she pulled away making me pout.

"We have to get going. Ana needs a bath and we have to be down there by 7." Veronica said.

"I know, I know." I sighed.

We finished our shower and went to get dressed. I wore a dar blue shirt with glitter on the front of it and dark blue shorts. Veronica was wearing a rainbow tie-dye shirt with a picture of our family on it and white shorts. I picked out Ana's outfit; a green shirt with a monkey on it that said 'Momma's Little Monkey' and green shorts. Veronica woke Ana up and brought her into the bathroom. She ran her bath while she undressed her. I walked in and found Ana already in the tub. She was half awake. Veronica washed her up and she freaked out when water got in her face.

"Hey. You wanna go to the beach, your gonna have water in your face now stop." Veronica told her.

Ana stopped and started to splash water at Veronica. Veronica splashed it back at her. Ana took the cup from her and filled it. I smirked cause I knew what was coming. Ana threw the whole cup of water at Veronica. Veronica's jaw dropped and Ana grinned at her.

"Ana-rocket no." I said while trying not to laugh.

"Mm." Ana said smiling at Veronica.

Veronica grinned at her and got her out of the tub and let the water out. She wrapped her in one of her towels with the hoods and walked out into the bedroom. After Veronica had her dried off, she put a diaper on her and got her dressed. She put on her shoes and stood her up. I grinned at Ana. I was sitting in a chair across from the bed. Ana smiled at me and let go of Veronica. The took her first steps as she walked towards me.

"Grab my camera." I said.

"Already have it." Veronica said.

Ana smiled as she walked towards me. She wobbled and stopped to keep her balance before walking towards me again. I smiled and picked her up when she got to me.

"That was Awesome Ana!" I grinned and kissed her.

Ana smiled and looked at Veronica, "Momma."

I set her down and smiled at she walked towards Veronica, who was still recording her. Ana got to her and Veronica squatted down to her level, "Nice job Ana-rocket."

Ana grinned and I smiled, "Alright ladies, we gotta go."

Veronica grabbed the diaper bag and Ana and we walked out the door. She walked down to Sammie's room and I raised a brow. Ana knocked and Sammie opened the door. She mumbled something about waking up early and hi to Ana. The four of them walked out and we all walked down to get with everyone else. We walked into the elevator and Veronica showed Ana what button to press. Ana pressed it and looked shocked when it lit up.

"Momma!" She yelled as she pointed to it.

"I know!" Veronica said.

"Oooooo." Ana said, still looking at it. She jumped when the doors opened and looked at them.

We walked out and I smiled when I seen Faith and Blair holding hands. How cute. I smiled and walked over to the teachers, "So. What's the plan for today?"

"First we have breakfast at 7:30 then they are free to roam with a friend until 12 which is when we have lunch and then we'll just go from there." Miss Rosendale said.

"You don't know hwat we're supposed to do after lunch?" I asked.

"Nope." She replied.

"Well, who makes up the plan?" I asked.

"I do." She replied.

"And you don't know what were gonna do after lunch? Are you serious?!" I asked.

Ok. I yelled it.

"Calm down." She said.

"You are so fustrating!" I told her.

Ana took my hat and put it on her head, "Shhh. Mommy ay?"

"Yeah baby. mommy's okay." I told her kissing her head.

"She's so cute." Miss Rosendale said.

"Thanks." I replied.

"Ok, listen up!" She yelled.

No one did.

"Shut up!" I yelled, not in the mood.

It went dead quiet.

"There." I said and went to stand by Veronica.

Miss Rosendale, who I never asked her name, went on to tell them the plan and I rolled my eyes. Veronica kissed my head and I sighed. We left and went to go to the restraunt we were eating at. It wasn't very Frenchy... it was more American. Which was good for Ana. I got her some pancakes with bacon and apple juice. I got the same for myself anf Veronica got waffles with double bacon and eggs. I know.... She eats a lot.

Ana gave Veronica a bite of her pancakes in exchange for some of her waffles. She pointed to Veronica's eggs so Veronica gave her some of them to. After she was full she pushed her plate away from her and sighed. Veronica ate fast and then asked for more bacon. I rolled my eyes and sighed. When they gave her her bacon she took out a bag and put it in there. Then called for another waitor and asked where her bacon was. He brought some to her and she did the same thing. She hit up 2 more and then was satisfied with her bag. Which was a freezer bag. That was filled more then halfway. She hid it in the diaper bag and we walked out after paying.

"What do you wanna do?" I asked her.

"I don't know. Wanna go see if we can find a park?" She asked.

"Yeah. That'll be good for Ana. Let her have some fun." I smiled.

"My point exactly." Veronica grinned.

"And there's one right there." I pointed to it.

We walked over and Ana squealed when she seen what it was. We walked over to the swings and Veronica put her in a baby swing. She was pushing her while I looked at my phone. I had a text from a Kimberly <3. Who the f**k was she?

'Hey, so I decided we could go to the Eiffel Tower after luch sound good?'

Oh. That's who that was. It was Miss Rosendale. Why did she put her name with a heart in there?

"Why would she put a heart after her name?" Veronica voiced my thoughts.

"I don't know." I said while I edited it to take the heart out.

'Sounds good. I'll see you at luch. Bye!' Was my reply.

I out my phone back in my pocket and watched as Veronica gave Ana an underdog. Ana squealed and started to giggled. I smiled. I love my little family. We went on the slide and helped Ana do the mokey bars. More like Veronica walked while Ana grabbed each one. But she enjoyed it so thats all that matters. Before we knew it it was 11:55.

"Come on you little monkey. Its time for lunch."I said as I picked her up from the bottom of the slide.

"Mmmm." Ana said and rubbed her stomach.

"Veronica Renee!" I yelled as she jumped over the railing of the slide.

"Katie Marie!" Veronica mocked.

"Come on." I groaned as I started walking. We walked into the restraunt that we had breakfast at and I sighed in relief.

"Hey, Katie! Come sit with us teachers!" Kimberly said.

"I'm gonna stay with my family. Thanks though." I said as I sat down at a table with Veronica and her group.

"So Blair." Veronica said as she looked over her menu.

I smirked as I looked over the kids menu for Ana.

"Yeah?" Blair asked.

"You hurt my cousin. You will have the Devin Spawns after you. Just saying." Veronica smiled.

"I'll never hurt her Veronica." Blair promised.

"You better not." Veronica said.

"Hey babe." I said giving Blair a break form Veronica.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Macaroni and cheese or spaghettie and meat balls for Ana?" I asked.

"Spaghettie. She loves that." Veronica answered as the waitor came over to take our drink orders.

"Dr. Pepper for me and the little one. And a Root Beer for this lovely lady please." Veronica told him.

After he wrote down our orders he left and we all decided what we wanted. Veronica got a Turkey club sandwich that was bigger than her face. After everyone stuffed their faces Veronica and I had to go to the bathroom to clean Ana's face. She thought it was the most amazing thing to shove her whole face into her sauce after she finished her noodles. It was cute but it was also very messy. So we went in and cleaned her up. I heard Kimberly and Nicole, Mrs. Wilder, talking.

"Katie really should just break up with Veronica. I mean, sure she's young too but Veronica is only 18. She shouldn't be tied down with a baby right now. Her choice or not." Kimberly said.

"Well, I think they are cute. Veronica seems to be very happy with Katie and she loves that baby like there's no tomorrow. You need to stop trying to tear them apart. Give it up. That's the best thing for you Kimmy." Nicole said.

"No I will not. Katie needs someone her own age. And Ana needs someone to mother her that isnt an immature child! And Katie feels something for me. I just know it." Kimberly said.

"Yeah. She feels hatred towards you for trying to tear apart her family. She got pissed when you didn't know what we were gonna do after lunch. Nice save though thinking about that. Have you statred to plan what we're gonna do tomorrow after lunch?" Nicole said.

"No. I don't care right now. My minds on getting Katie right now." She said.

"Well, you should really concentrate on your students Kimberly. Because I'm happy with Veronica and Ana. You aren't going to win me over. There's no chance." I said as I walked over to wet down a paper towel.

Nicole smiled at me and I returned it. I walked back over to Veronica, who was now changing Ana. I washed off Ana's face and smiled at her, "Your a messy little mokey huh?"

Ana giggled and clapped her hands. Veronica put a diaper on her and picked her up. We walked back out and went to stand with Veronica's friends. We all walked out and to the Eiffel Tower. The view from it was beautiful. I heard a couple kids fighting and gave Ana to Veronica.

"Hey!" I yelled at them, "What's going on?"

"Andrew cheated on me!" One of the girls, Andrea yelled.

"I diid not you stupid b***h!" Andrew yelled.

"Yes you did! I caught you! I have pictures you moron!" Andrea yelled.

"Andrew is a douche bag anyways Andrea. Find some new." Veronica said.

"Thanks Veronica. I might just do that. We're through Andrew." Andrea said.

"f**k you Veronica." Andrew said as he walked away.

I looked at Veronica and she shrugged. Come on. Ana was enjoying the view from over there." Veronica said.

I sighed and followed her back to where we were standing. I smiled at Ana's face. Sammie called Veronica over and I took Ana so she could still see whatever it was she was looking at. I sighed for what seemed to be the 100th time today when my phone rang. I put Ana on my other hip and took out my phone.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey, Katie. I'm sorry about earlier." Kimberly said.

"Its fine, Kimberly. I just wish you wouldn't keep trying to tear us apart." I sighed and lightly tapped Ana's hand when she tried to grab my phone.

"I know. I'm so f*****g sorry. I just can't help falling in love with you." Kim said.

"Nice job quoting my favorite song but its not gonna work. Sorry. Actually, I'm not sorry. I'm in love with Veronica and we have a baby. You need to move on. I'm not gonna wake up on day and think 'Veronica is a loser and Kimberly is such a nice person. I'm gonna break up with Veronica.' Because I love her. Get over it." I said as I lightly bit Ana's fingers when she tried to grab my phone again.

"I'm so sorry Katie. I love you." She said.

"I don't know what to tell you besides I don't love you. Stop trying to win me over. Cause it will never happen. Look, I have to go. Ana's being a brat." I said, glaring at Ana when she got her hand around my phone.

"Alright. Bye, babe." She sighed.

"Bye." Was all I said as I hung up.

I put my phone away and stuck my tongue out at Ana. She stuck her's out at me and took my hat off my head. I smiled at her and she grinned...... Before she ther my hat over the railing. I looked at her shocked and she watched it fall down with a smile on her face. I looked over to see Veronica watching it fall down too.

"Momma's gonna yell at you." I told Ana.

"No. Oo." Ana said.

"Not me. I didn't just throw my hat over the railing." I said.

"Mm." Ana hummed.

"Anastasia!" Veronica said as she walked over, "You don't do that!"

Ana pouted and reached out for Veronica wanting her to baby her but Veronica wouldn't do it. I sighed. That was my favorite hat. Veronica had gotten it made for me on our one year anniversary. Now it was gone. I'm making Kimberly buy me a brand new hat. And an expensive one too. We stayed at the tower for a little bit longer before heading back to have dinner. We got Ana in the tub after and laid down to watch a movie. Veronica put on 'The Land Before Time' and got comfortable. Ana laid back with her head on Veronica's shoulder before reaching for my hand. I held her hand and we watched the movie until Ana passed out.

"She was tired." Veronica said.

"I know. She was bold today too." I said.

"Mhm. I think she was just tired." She said.

"I guess. I'm tired too." I yawned.

"So go to bed. I'll turn out the lights. You get comfortable." She said while getting up.

"Ok." I said.

Veronica got up and turned all the lights off before she climbed back into bed. I leant over and gave her a light kiss. She returned it and I smiled.

"I love you baby girl." Veronica said.

"I love you too, beautiful. Goodnight." I said.

"Goodnight." She said.

I took her hand in mine before I closed my eyes and let sleep over take me.
