SCARLET POV It was strange not having Logan's hands on me. Normally, I wake up with the comforting weight of his muscular arms wrapped around my waist, but that day I felt nothing. I glanced to the side and saw that he wasn't in the room. I wondered where he was. Where had he been? My eyes began to scan the room, and I widened them when I noticed through the window that the sky had darkened, with the new moon and stars shining brighter than usual.
