Secrets
There was so much I wanted to show her. I wanted to set her body on fire, an all-natural high stimulated by what I could alone give her. I wanted her and I would have her, pleasing her every want and desire. The day she moved into the house next door, every man and semi bi curious woman on the street made sure to peek out their windows or even more boldly stand outside and gawk. I was cutting my grass when the moving trucks pulled up, the house had been on the market for months and finally it had been sold. When she stepped out of her car my heart stopped, she was stunning. Mocha complexion, with almond shaped eyes and jet-black wavy hair. She was short and petite with a small waist that accentuated an even bigger ass. She turned my way and waved at me as she shielded the sun from her eyes with her other hand. Then she smiled at me creating deep dimples in both cheeks, I could not have imagined her becoming even more beautiful, but she did. She walked towards me as I cut off my lawn mower and wiped my hands on the towel hanging from my belt. She held out her hand as she smiled brightly at me.
“Hi. I’m Giselle your new neighbor.” She said eagerly as she shook Skye’ hand.
Skye could not help but smile back. “I’m Skye, nice to meet you. Are you from around here?”
“No, well not close by anyway. I am from a small town south of here. I decided to try my hand at living in the big city.”
Skye laughed as Giselle blushed. “Well I’m sure you’ll fit in fine. But be careful, it looks as if you’ve already gotten yourself a small fan club.” Skye nodded across the street at the group of men getting an eyeful of her new neighbor.
She turned and snapped her head back around quickly. “Well, I had better get to unpacking. I guess, I’ll see you around Skye.” She said as she bounced off towards her front door. Skye cut back on the lawn mower and finished the rest of the yard before putting it up in the garage and heading inside for a shower.
It was mid-summer, hot enough to make having your air on a requirement. Skye stopped in front of the mirror amazed at the tan she had received from being outside for only a short period of time. Stripping out of her wife beater and boxers she turned on the shower and slid in. Visions of Giselle popped in her head as she showered. It had been way to long since she had been with a woman. Joseline, her ex, had ran off months ago taking Skye’ heart right along with her. Sometimes in life we somehow always meet that one that we give our all too, but they can never reciprocate. That had been the case with Joseline, she knew how to receive so well but did not know the first thing about giving. Skye let the water run over her head as she closed her eyes and pictured the bubbly little woman that was now her new neighbor. She finished her shower, dried off and dressed heading to the fridge to grab a beer. It was a Saturday afternoon, and she was off work the entire weekend, not to mention the game was about to come on. There was no better way she could have thought of enjoying my weekend off. She relaxed in her recliner, turned the game on and propped her feet up.
Skye must have dozed off because she was awakened to the sounds of knocking at the door. It was dark outside, the sun long gone. She looked up to see the clock, it read eight-thirty. The knock came again and looking down she realized all she had on was a sports bra and basketball shorts. She got up and turned to go get a shirt when the knocking came again. Skye waved off the shirt and headed to open the door. Looking out of the peep hole she saw Giselle standing there. She opened the door and watched as Giselle’ face quickly broke out into a smile.
“Hi it’s me again. I was wondering if I could use your shower, my water will not be on until Monday so I may ask you again tomorrow. I just finished unpacking most of my stuff and I could really use a hot shower.”
This had to be a test, Skye could not believe what she was hearing or maybe it was because of the extreme temptation she was. “Of course, you can, I’m off the whole weekend so feel free to come back again tomorrow.” She stuttered out.
“Oh, my golly gee, you’re great. Let me go back and fetch a few things and I will be back shortly. I did not know what you would say so I did not want to jump the gun. I’ll be right back okie dokie.”
“No problem, I’ll leave the door unlocked just come on in and I’ll show you to the bathroom.” Skye replied as Giselle nodded and turned to go get her things.
She closed the door and turned to sit down; this could not be happening. She could play it cool, and never mind that it had been a year since she had touched a woman. The last six months of her last relationship had been so volatile that s*x was the last thing on her mind. Now she was about to have a sexy woman showering in her house for the next two days while she sat in the next room daydreaming about busting into the shower on her. Skye was stirred from her thoughts as the door opened and closed.
“I’m ready Skye.” Giselle spoke softly. That deep southern twang in which she spoke, caused goose bumps to form on Skye’ body.
Skye stood up and walked towards her. “Come on its down this hall.” She led the way down the darkened hallways opening a door to the left and flicking on the switch. She stepped aside so that Giselle could walk past her. “Let me know if you need anything.” Skye said as she closed the door.
Skye heard the shower come on as she walked into the kitchen to make herself a drink. A beer was not strong enough to kill the urges that she was having. She walked back into the living room slowly sipping the glass of Hennessey as she listened to the shower run. Giselle’ soft hums floated through the house as she showered, the sound was almost hypnotic. As Skye downed the rest of her drink she exhaled as she leaned back and closed her eyes. She was soothed by Giselle’ voice as she relaxed into her recliner once again. She dozed again because when she opened her eyes she was staring into Giselle’. Her face broke out into a smile as Skye sat up.
“I’ve been trying to wake you; I didn’t want to leave, and you not lock your door.” She said with a look of concern.
Skye looked her up and down to see her wrapped in a thigh length bath robe, her legs were nicely shaped leading up to a nice set of thick thighs. She closed her eyes and rubbed her hand over her face. Sitting forward Skye stood up. “Let me at least walk you home, with the fan club you have acquired, I wouldn’t want any of the neighbors thinking that sexy robe of yours was an open invitation.”
She blushed as she grabbed her things off the table. “I really do appreciate your kindness Skye, my mama was worried about a small town girl like me moving up here, but I must tell her that there are still some awfully nice people left in the world.”
Skye smiled as Giselle turned to head out of the door. She followed noticing that the neighbors were in fact still outside and an eye full they got. She moved closer to Giselle as they crossed the lawns and walked up her walkway. Skye took the key and unlocked Giselle’ door, opening it for her she stood back to let her pass. “Would you like to come in for a drink Skye? It is still early and it’s a Saturday.”
Skye had endured enough torture up until now, why not add some more onto the plate. “Sure, why not.” She said as she followed her into the house closing the door behind her.
The living room was exceptional, decorated in deep red and black with silver accents. The couch was a sectional with a recliner at the end, she waved me towards it. “Please do have a seat, make yourself comfortable. I’m going to go and change and get us some drinks.” She said as she disappeared up the stairs. She sat down and reclined back, finding the remote on the cushion next to her that belonged to the huge TV that hung on the wall. Turning it on Skye flipped until she came across American Dad and turned the volume up.
She came down the steps and started laughing. “Oh, my golly, I love this show. I’ll be right back let me get us some beverages.”
Great, we were already starting to have things in common, Skye thought to herself. She rubbed her hands over her hair making a mental note that she would need to get a haircut this coming week. She was lost in her own thoughts when Giselle popped up in front of her holding a goblet.
“Here you are, I also put some popcorn on. I appreciate you chilling out with me. I hope you didn’t have any plans.” She said as she sat down on the couch a couple of cushions away.
“No, no this is my weekend off. I don’t get many of them, so I was just going to relax and chill anyway.” Skye said as she sipped from the glass.
“Oh okay, good I’m glad you can hangout. What do you do for a living?” She asked.
“I’m a correctional officer down at the prison. What do you do?” She replied as she took another sip. Skye was thankful that she had Hennessey, seeing as though that is really all she drank.
“I am the owner of the Holistic Healing store downtown. I make all of my own products, I did so well back home I decided to see what the city could bring me.” She said smiling brightly.
Skye was floored, so the little, small town girl was a business owner. She was becoming more and more interesting to her by the minute. “Well that’s sounds very profitable especially here, how old is the beautiful and equally talented Giselle?” She asked.
“I’m 27; I’ll be 28 in a few months. Let me go grab the popcorn. By the way how old are you Ms. Correction’s officer.” She said laughing as she went into the kitchen.
“I just turned 32 yesterday.” Skye yelled into the kitchen as she took another sip. She heard a loud clanging as her head popped out.
“Yesterday? Well what did you do for your birthday?” She asked as she came back to the couch sitting the bowel of popcorn between them and refilled both of their glasses.
“I went to work, hit up happy hour and had a few drinks and went home to watch the game.” Giselle’ mouth dropped open. “That’s all you did for your birthday?” She asked unbelievingly. Skye could not help but laugh. “Yes, why is that strange?”
She giggled nervously and sipped from her own goblet. “Well I mean you’re a very attractive woman, I guess I just would have thought that maybe you would have had a little bit more fun than that.”
Skye smiled. So, she thought I was attractive. “I appreciate the compliment but that’s really all I could muster after a 12-hour shift at the prison."
"Well why don’t we go somewhere and do something to celebrate for you? If it were my birthday I would want to go and enjoy myself." She said as she took another sip from her glass.
Skye laughed. "If you keep sipping, you're going to be wasted for the both of us."
She blushed and began to giggle. "Never judge a book by its cover, I can put away more than you could ever possibly think I could. What do you say?"
Skye looked down at her watch, it was already after ten. "Well I guess if we are going to go anywhere, we should start getting ready."
Giselle jumped up taking her glass with her and headed towards the stairs. "Give me thirty minutes and I’ll be ready, lickety split." She said as she disappeared up the steps.
"I'm going to run home and change I'm locking the door behind me." Skye yelled up the steps as she headed out the door.
When Skye started off her porch, she noticed a car creeping down the street staring towards her house, the driver saw her and instantly turned on their headlights and skirted off. As the car sped by Skye noticed that it was a black 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. Her father had owned one just like it that he had kept locked up in his garage. The car would go for an easy two million at any auction, so it was rare to see anyone just driving them out on the street. Skye walked back up the steps checking Giselle’ door, it was locked tight.
