I did not like the sudden tension within the room as Dr Granger came rushing into the room in what appeared to be a bid to help Evelyn, a panicked expression upon his face, as he looked towards my mate with a look of uncertainty. Just what was going on here? Were my mate and members of my pack keeping things from me?
