Ramona asked after a long silence within the team.
This question was on everybody else's mind but only the vampire had the guts to blurt it out.
Their mission was successful. But it opened another chapter, for them, the researchers, and the humans too.
They researchers at first, were trying to prove their existence with one of their kind. But now they had just made the hypothesis more real by going there in their monstrous form.
It was quite fair there would be no one for them to carry their experiment on, at least for now, but they now know that their intelligent guess was true though.
Except if they were critical enough to stand on the fact they had not seen the shape shifting process.
