She-wolves in Blood Stone Pack never shifted into their wolf form unlike all males in the pack. It had been going on like that for over five decades. Due to that circumstance, it's becoming hard for females in the pack to find their mates. Cath Yzelyone is turning twenty-one, the age where they'll find their mates. She was hoping for the best despite the fact that she-wolves in her pack were beginning to lose faith in finding their mates. But Cath is surely a different breed. She treasures having a mate and she will do everything she can in order to find her mate.

Although, what happens when she finds out that she doesn't only have a single mate, but three?

Chapter 1
Chapter One. - Cath Yzelyone’s Point of View. I let out a soft yawn. The professor’s voice sounded like a lullaby to me. Her mellow and soothing tone mimicked a siren’s song, making me more sleepy every time she spoke. The words that came out of her mouth didn’t fully register in my brain. Knowing that this is my least favorite subject, I just let it be. Catching up on my lessons isn’t a hard thing to do especially when you have she-wolf abilities. My brain is able to store information and knowledge in a fast manner and without much of a problem. Still, I don’t think that it’s considered cheating since creatures like me are just naturally born this way. However, even though I’m completely a she-wolf, I haven’t been able to shift into my wolf form from the moment I turned sixteen. In our nature, once a werewolf or she-wolf turns sixteen, we’ll be able to shift into our wolf. Seldomly, there are those who are late-bloomers and would shift after months or even a year late. But she-wolves in our pack had never shifted to our wolves unlike the men in the pack.  All werewolves in Blood Stone Pack have fully shifted into their wolf at the age of sixteen, while she-wolves in the pack had been in our human form for a very long time already. No one in the pack knows why it has been like that for over five decades now. It was also why females in the pack were usually accompanied by male in order to protect them if ever danger may arise. But for me and my friends, we all knew how to fight and can defend ourselves at any harm that may come to us—but that doesn’t mean that we’re completely immortal. We can still heal in a fast manner, and we’re also strong. Shifting was just something we can never do. Staring at the clock all day long didn’t make the time go quicker, but I did it anyway. Most especially when I have been dreading this day to finish. Not because being a university student seemed like a dull and repetitive routine for a creature like me, but because tomorrow is my birthday, and it’s the day I’ll have a chance to find who my mate is. Living in the Mortal Realm and finding mates was never an easy task. Particularly when almost everyone in the university was a human. It had been really hard to blend in with them, but I have been living here ever since I was a baby, and I just apparently got used to it. Tomorrow I’ll be twenty-one and so far, I haven’t been involved in anything that might endanger my identity. There were times that me and my friends would be involved with other paranormal beings that settled in the Mortal Realm, but it wasn’t to a point that they posed any harm to any of us. Probably because Blood Stone Pack is one of the most feared packs in the Mortal Realm.  Blood Stone Pack is ruled by my older brother, Toby Yzelyone. He had kept the pack safe ever since the Alpha role had been passed to him by our father. There were numerous times that humans and other paranormal beings threatened werewolves—and our pack specifically, but my brother knew how to handle the situation without much blood being shed. Given the fact that power and greed fuels anyone—a human or a paranormal—it isn’t new to us that others would want to ignite war with us. It hasn’t been easy for our pack for over the past decades, but the sheer fact that Blood Stone Pack is still standing strong is already an implication that we fought well to keep what’s ours. “Hey, Cath! Are you going to join us for lunch?” Yebi’s voice pulled me from my trance. Only did I notice that Mrs. Jessica had already dismissed the class, and our classmates were already walking exiting the room. I was so preoccupied with my train of thoughts that I didn’t even notice that the class already ended. Shaking my head to get a grip on myself, I answered. “Of course! Wait up for me!” I bellowed, grabbing all of my stuff and shoving it inside my bag. It didn’t matter if my things got jumbled inside my bag, all that mattered to me was I didn’t want to be left alone inside the room. “Go faster then! They’ll be serving lasagna for lunch and that dish will easily sell out!” Yebi added, her voice fading in my ears as she already exited the room. With hurried movements, I stood up from my seat and was about to run towards the exit door when I felt like someone was watching me from afar. The hairs on my arms rose up as if sensing I was in danger. Quickly, I glanced around the room. There couldn’t possibly be anyone staring at me as of the moment because I was the only one left inside the room. My brows furrowed when a very sudden breeze of wind grazed my skin—but all the windows were closed. My senses couldn’t be mistaken. There was someone in the room with me, I just couldn’t see who it was. It was as though someone was watching me, boring holes onto my face, and watching my every move. I’ve been feeling the exact same thing for weeks, but this time, it felt different. Gathering some courage, I took a step and was about to run towards the door when I heard someone whisper beside me, “My mate,” but when I turned to look, no one was there. What the hell was that? The door creaked open. “What’s taking you so long, Cath! Come one!” Yebi yelled at me through gritted teeth, urging me to move.
