Damien walked back into his room with a towel around his neck. He had just returned from the training ground and was still in his training clothes. He took off his clothes and went into the bathroom to take a shower. He returned to the sound of his phone ringing and when he checked it was Liam.
"What's up?" He said casually and put the phone on loudspeaker so he could carry on with his activities.
"Have you heard?" Liam said, his voice sharp.
"Heard what?" Damien asked, drying his hair with the towel in his hand.
"Oh, man. It's bad. Turn on the news, now!"
Damien's forehead creased, his gut twisting with unease. He grabbed the remote and turned on the large screen in his room.
