Elenor pushed open the heavy doors leading to the palace library, the rich scent of wood filling her nostrils. Her determination was clear in the motion of her steps. If she was going to be Queen of the Lycan kingdom, then she was going to need to prove herself, not just to Damien but to herself as well. Her eyes began to scan the large towers that were lined with countless books, and she found a section called History of the Lycan Kingdom.
"This is where it all starts," she whispered under her breath as she quickly pulled out a tome titled The Lycan Legacy: A Chronicle of Kings and Queens. Settling down into one of the chairs, she began to read, her brows furrowing in with frustration as she dived deep into all the intricacies that came with the kingdom's lineage and customs.
