"I have missed you, Scarlett." As the words left Damien's lips, he felt a wave of guilt hit him.

"R…really?" Scarlett's eyes lit up and her lips broke into a smile. It had been days since she and Damien had been together and ever since he returned with Elenor, she didn't think it would happen again.
