CHAPTER 20

OLIVIA'S POV-

As soon as we entered inside the hall, i took a sigh of relief. the questions media was throwing were so irrelevant. i know they are always in search of some hot and spicy news and the little stunt that Lucas put in front of them by kissing my cheeks will definitely make them wonder if something is going on in between us. i don't want my name to be attached with Lucas other than being his assistant.

so i removed his hand from my body giving him a warning to stay away from me or else i will chop his balls  and as i expected, instead of going away he told me that i am turning him on and he would rather shove them in my mouth. i was about to speak something when i heard the similar voice calling Lucas and Mr. Sam black. Lucas's gaze shifted towards him and they both gave each other friendly hugs. when we were in the company, i noticed that they were acting all professional and here they are acting like real good friends. They must be like this. Sam looked at me with something in his eyes that i cannot define but it did not made me feel awkward. we shook our hands and he kissed me letting me know that i looking beautiful. he then went to other people to greet them and i could feel many hawk eyes on me. A man came towards us looking at me from head to toe who shifted his gaze to Lucas to greet him. I can read those lustful eyes and i just wanted to leave Lucas and him to get myself something to drink but i would look rude so i tried my best to held my composure.

Lucas noticed Mr. Shergill's cruel intentions towards me so he got rid of him as soon as possible to which i was thankful of. i know Lucas too own Lust for me or he just plays around with me but he never tries to make me feel unsafe around him. even if he sometimes act like a complete jerk but i was not afraid even a bit around him. i know that i can trust him. it's not like i need someone to protect me but i guess there is no harm when someone acts protective for you.

many people were coming to greet Lucas and i know he is a respectable man but i heard a cliche giggling of a girl who hugged Lucas all of a sudden and started giving me ugly glares. i did not have any problem about her equation with Lucas but nobody has the right to disrespect anyone without even knowing them. she literally called me a slut not by words but her words clearly meant that only so i just showed her the reality that she is not more than a jealous b***h who is clinging and f*****g Lucas for his looks and money. Shock was plastered on both of their faces that i did not gave a damn about. that girl Andrea left us in anger but gave me clear view that Lucas has slept with many girl. i know i should not be bothered about his personal life but i could not held myself back and asked him if he was a typical playboy too.

He gladly accepted that he is and has needs too which i didn't denied. we were standing looking at each other but i could feel someone looking at me constantly. i don't know who it was because whenever i would see in that direction, that person would avert his gaze.  Sam started speaking in front of everyone. he asked me to have the first dance of his party and praised me so much that every eye was on me. i gave Lucas a side look and saw his Jaw clenched but i did not thought about his approval and nodded my head to dance with Sam. it will look really rude of me not to accept this dance and i cannot dishonor him in front of everyone. i liked Sam's personality. he is just as same age of Lucas. he looked sincere and have a warm and welcoming personality. though we have not talked too much but i can bet that he is a sweet guy. he guided me towards the stage and everyone started clapping for us. music started and we started swaying our bodies in perfect tone.

he spoke in my ear "you know every guy here is envying me because i am having dance with the most beautiful lady present here."

" it's nothing like that Sam. every girl present here is looking so beautiful."

"maybe in your eyes but take a look at eyes of all the man who are looking at you only. the looks on their faces says it all. even look at Lucas, he is also looking at us like he wants to separate us." 

" i don't think so. why would Lucas look at us like that. i mean it is common for people to dance with other people here."

"yeah it is but his looks says something else to me. he has something for you Olivia. trust me i am a man and i know it"

"you are just being delusional. there is nothing between us . he has many girls around him."

"poor guy then,looking out for glass pieces leaving the gem." and we both started laughing. he was flirting with me but it was harmless and actually made me laugh. i was having good time with him  and i needed to use washroom to freshen up.

"i need to you use washroom. can you tell me where is it?"i asked him and he told me the direction and i went there leaving Sam on stage. when i was going there,  i could feel someone was following me and i turned to see if someone is there behind me or not. but nobody was there. i entered the washroom and did my deed. when i came out i saw a Mr. Shergill standing at the door and unlocking it. 

"this is a girl's washroom Mr. Shergill. just get out of here"

"Do you think I don't know that Miss Olivia. i have been eyeing you since the time you entered the party and i must say, No other girl at the party is looking even half beautiful as you." and he started coming closer to me. he was quite drunk. 

"Listen Mr. Shergill, you are not in your senses. We should head out. i don't want to create any scene." i tried stopping him by showing him my palm but he still kept on coming towards me with a sinister smile plastered on his face.

" i have not come here just to praise or look at your beauty baby girl. i want to taste your body."

"listen Mr. Shergill. i am not that kind of girl. you are misinterpreting me."

" oh come on girl! stop being so naive now. tell me how much you will charge for tonight. i will pay you even double or triple to you." he held my hands and tried to kiss me on my neck. i couldn't take it anymore so i kicked in his groin with the full force. he left my hands and i punched him hard on his face. 

"don't you ever dare come close to me again or else i will break your all the bones into pieces.'' he was lying on the ground in pain. i did not wanted to hurt him too much but he deserved and called for it. i quickly went to the door and unlocked it.

i saw some women standing outside the door. i neglected them all but one of the girl held my wrist. i turned around to see who it is but she is some unknown girl whom i don't know.

"you are the one who came with Lucas and then started dancing with Sam black. Aren't you?" i arched my eyebrow letting her continue her words.

"listen you b***h, i don't care whom you dance or f**k with but just know one thing that Lucas loves only me. So stop playing with men's heart with this fake beauty of yours. Bloody slut."

" oh my god! are you really so dumb or just act like being dumb? Don't you know many other relationships exist in the world other than s*x and all that crap. Oh yeah girls whose head are already full of such s**t will also see the world like that. Grow up." and i left that area. i wanted to lash at someone but remembered not to create any scene. i don't want Lucas to face any kind of embarrassment because of me. so i went to the drinks section and had some soft drinks to calm myself down. after calming myself down, i went to the dancing area and as soon as i entered i felt a pair of eyes on that belonged to Lucas. i just wanted to go and hug him so he can comfort me like he earlier did in the lift but that would be wrong. Sam came towards me took me to the stage again for dance. i saw Lucas dancing with Andrea but  he was not interested in her a bit. 

He left Andrea and came towards us and asked Sam if we can dance? Sam gladly gave my hand in his hand and went to dance with other girls but not before giving me a side hug. Lucas and i started dancing but i was just recalling what happened few minutes ago. lucas tried his best to make me look at him but i know once he will see my eyes. he will instantly understand that something is wrong with me. he finally made me look at him and he asked me that what was wrong?

instead of telling him anything, i hugged him really tight and instantly calmed down. he too hugged me back caressing my hair. i was about to tell him what happened when suddenly i heard the same voice "where is that b***h?"

i know he couldn't see me because i have hugged lucas so i said in his ears "that man tried to sexually assault me."

"continue"he said while hugging me.

"When i and Sam were dancing, i felt a need to go washroom. when i was leading to that side i felt like someone is following me. throughout the party i felt like someone is secretly watching me. when i came out of the toilet. i saw Mr. shergill locking the door. i told him to leave the washroom but he did not listened to me.he said he wanted to sleep with me. i first tried to make him understand that i am not that kind of girl but he told me he will pay me goof if i sleep with him. this angered me alot. he than tried to assault me and i kicked in his balls and punched on his face and got out of the washroom. when i got out of there, i girl whom i have never seen told me to stay away from you and you only love her. she started calling me names and i had answered her the way she deserved." and with that i looked in his eyes.

" i am proud of you. i know you can protect yourself but let me protect you. and i am sorry that you had to face all this in a prestigious party like this."

that man spoke "there she is in the arms of Mr. Donavan. You little slut i will sue you and put you behind the bars for whatever you have done."

Lucas spoke "watch your words Mr. Shergill. i know whatever you have done to her and it will not take me a moment to prove you are guilty."

Sam said "what happened Lucas. why is he accusing Olivia like that?"

lucas spoke "care to tell what happened Mr. Shergill?"

he looked confused for once but instantly spoke "she tried to seduce me. when i said i don't want to have it, she forcefully tried to have it with me and when i resisted she just kicked down there and left."

Lucas said "where it happened Mr. Shergill?"

He spoke "ii.....iiittt happened in men's washroom."

Lucas said "Sam where is men's washroom?"

Sam said "it is on the first floor. Olivia does not know anything about this hall. i guided her to the Women's washroom even. i have something that can prove who is innocent. Let's just check has Olivia went upstairs or not?"

Sam asked his security head to show the footage and it showed that it was Mr. Shergill who went inside the female washroom.

lucas continued "now let me tell you all the truth. he was following Olivia and when she went inside the washroom he sneaked inside and tried to force himself on her so she just kicked him hard and shown his place to him."

he then grabbed him by his collar and started punching him "how dare you do that to her and instead of apologizing to her, here you are trying to blame her? i swear i will kill the bastard like you for pulling such stunt." sam tried to hold Lucas or he would seriously injure him. i could not see it anymore. i do't like fighting and all and the party got ruined which is the last thing i wanted. i am sure there must be headlines tomorrow all over the paper about what happened tonight. so to avoid creating anymore scene i just got out of that place and started walking all alone in unknown direction.
