The Immortal 5 The Beginning: Rena's Story

I am Tani, an observer, one of many chosen to tell the story of these remarkable young people. They have lived lives of which we can only imagine. There has been fighting amongst their kind for the honor of being leader. I can only tell of what I know and I know these five extraordinary people. I shall tell you a little about them now. Rena, who unknowingly became their leader, is a tough outspoken telekinetic young woman. She has been on her own for 1500 years. Omri is a silent telepathic southern gentleman. He came to be this way after he lost his family in the confederate war at the tender age of seventeen. Then Riley came back into the picture not long after Omri. Riley is a skilled morpher. He can become any object or any living thing he wants to at any given time. Kali is a special case and she is held dearly too all in the group, especially Omri. Kali can control certain elements with her mind; this all started the day she was created. Last to join this group is Breanna, she is a tentative psychic. She met Rena when Rena's longtime adversary took Omri; she was searching for the group to take them to his whereabouts. This is probably a little confusing for you but I will let this story begin; I want you to know they are each other’s hopes. There will be those who challenge this group’s loyalty to one another. How they each have survived is mystery to us all. But let’s begin with Rena and how she met the group she loves like her very own family.
