13. Chapter – Skipping school

Evelyn p.o.v.

I woke up in a strange room. I looked around not knowing where I am. I remembered yesterdays events. Defenetly not a dream. 

Damn I promised to stay away from William and just the next day I talk to him. Well congrats to me. Remembering what Ethan told me about William I looked down and saw I was fully clothed. Thank God. Or there would be some serious problems.

»Don't worry I didn't make any unipropriate things.«

I looked up and saw him at the doorway. And he was smirking at my face that was getting more red by every second he was looking at me. How dare he?! 

»Where am I?«

»My house.«

Shit I have school. I can't be late. Nicole promised to help me with Math during lunch.

»What time is it?«

»It's 10 am. Don't worry the school thinks you're sick. And Nicole can help you with your Math after she comes from school.«

»How do you know about Nicole helping me?«

»She told me.«

Of course she did. She's his sister. Why wouldn't she. No words were said for a while.  

»Are you hungry?«

»No.« just then my stomach decided to make noise.

»You sure?« he asked smirking. I just glared at him.

»Come on. We can make something.«

He walked out and came back after he rrealised I'm not coming.

»You coming or not?«

I stood up and followed him this time.

»You really don't need to worry about me.« he didn't say anything just ignored me.

»Anything in perticular you want to eat?«

»No. Look I have a weird diet you really don't have to make me food. I can just go home.«

»You a vegetarian?«

»What? No. I'm just alergic on a lot of things. Including some food.« he was looking at me and it was making me feel weird. Suddenly I started caring how I looked. Probably not so good. I didn't even brush my hair and I have morning breath.

»Anyway. I need to use bathroom.« »First door on the left behimnd the stairs.«

»Thank you.«

In the bathroom I looked in the mirror and I looked like and evil witch from disney stories for kids. First i cleaned my teeth with my finger as best as i could. Then I brushed my hair with my fingers as best as I could and pulled it in a bun. After making myself at least somewhat presentable I left the bathroom and joined William in the kitchen. He was just as I left him.

»Will you tell me anything about your diet now? You are still eating. Can't back out.«

»I'm alergic to sea food and gluten.« »Don't worry. I hate sea food so we won't do it. And I'm sure we can find something without gluten.«

I settled on fruit. And he made toast for himself. We ate in silence.

»So. What excatly can you eat?«

I laughed at that and he looked at me quetioning.

»Everytime I say I'm alergic to gluten everyone thinks I have really limited food I can eat. But it's not true. I can eat anything I want as lonf as it doesn't involve gluten. There's a special made food that doesn't involve gluten. There's even flour that doesn't involve gluten. It's not that hard once you get just to it.« after we ate he let me stay at his place and wait for Nicole. I agreed and we spent the day watching movies. We started with I am number four and then we watched Knives out. We watched in silence only voicing our opinion at the end of the movie. When he liked a movie I hated it. And when I liked a movie he hated it. So we finished watching with arguing about our movie taste. It wasn't a big argument but a minor. A stupid one too. We stopped arguing when Nicole and Nathan came in the house and broke it up. Nathan sided with me while Nicole stayed out of it because she hasn't see them yet. After that she helped me with my Math. We had a lot of work to do. I was really behind and I hated it a lot. After we finished with Math I walked in a direction towards Adam's house. I wasn't ready to go home just yet.
