Jamie kept doing his strokes in-and-out of the pool water. He paddled both arms and legs.
He needed this.
Swimming was a good way to both relax and exercise at the same time.
It helped keep his focus and thoughts away from what they all feared.

He felt the pool water gushing against his head-protected face.
He felt water hitting his nostrils, but only for a while, each moment.
The goggles allowed him to see better, when he went underwater.
He was so focused on his own swimming activity, that he was oblivious to everything else that could be happening around him.
As he kept swimming, he felt the water around him moving.
Like some kind of massive ripple. .
They came to join me!!!!!, Jamie thought.
By ‘they’, he meant Rob and Patricia.
