Neve POV My eyes widen at Leo’s unexpected possessiveness. “Um… I…” I am unsure how to answer him. Leo continues to glare at me. “Who has touched you?” Lync is standing beside his twin rigid at the realisation that I do smell different. “You need to calm down,” I try to reassure Lync and Leo, finally finding my voice. The effect these twins have over me unsettles me at my core. “I have been with my pack. My friends, as well as the Alpha, Luna, my Uncle and Aunt who are also the Beta and female Beta, and our Gamma are all here in the Winter Realm. That is what you can smell on me.” I leave out the part where I kissed Jake just before orbing here, which would explain why the scent of his wolf would be the strongest.
