POV 3: RED

"What happened?... "

In a short space of time I went from being in fight mode to general fight mode. These strangers had no place being here at all.

I was livid. The clock was ticking. My patience was wearing thin.

"Well"?...

My eyes were blazing through these strangers sitting in front of me scared. I felt no reason to seek them any medical attention yet. Not until I had my answers.

..........

They chose to not answer. This was definitely not going to end well for them...

"You will do well to look at me when I'm talking to you".... I warned. They finally looked up, struggling to keep their eyes on me. I think I could see Razor looking directly back at them too.

She was pissed.

Slowly, I approached them. Making sure I carefully placed each step forward to brace myself, just incase they tried to think they were clever or funny. I was ready.

I was always ready.

"Last chance, I am not going to ask you again"... The rumble in my chest must have shook the whole pack, as their heads began to submit around me. These mutts in front were definitely feeling the full brunt of it too.

I didn't care.

" WHAT HAPPENED!?!?!?"

my roar shook the entire pack into submission, even the three in front of me bowed their heads. I was seething through my teeth... "SOMEONE NEARLY DIED IN THAT HOUSE! AND I DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO STRANGERS ON MY LAND!!! WHAT DID YOU DO!?!?!?"

I was dragged out of training day leaving the pups back at the training grounds scared and confused. The parents are all in a panic and one of our farmers has just lost his family house!

I was not happy... In fact, I was pissed...

"If I have to repeat myself then you will be thrown into the fire yourselves"!!!

"I'm sorry" one of the boys finally piped up, he looked quite emotional... "I didn't mean to, I just... Didn't mean to... Shit... I...."

I saw tears stream down his face and into his hands, My rage slowly began to fade... "Some wolf" Razor muttered. I was not in the mood for her remarks at this time.

"Why are you here!? Talk" I demanded impatiently. Then the girl spoke up too. "we got lost, and we lost control of the car back on that road... We crashed into the field and..." she lifted her head and looked me straight in the eyes. "I think it was me... I don't know though"

My eyes locked back on her pure blue eyes, I was surprised she could even look at me with direct contact....

I shook my head. I didn't understand her intentions. But I could feel Razor showing too much interest for my liking.

"We promise we did not intend for any of this to happen!" Both mutts were still sniveling away like children. I took a deep breath and relaxed slightly. My aura was breaking these boys apart...

Speaking of which.

I got a better look at them and noticed these guys were definitely in my age range, between eighteen to twenty... two males, one female. Definitely would have come from a pack somewhere... There was no indication of them being rogues, Something else told me they also weren't from around this area either.

But that didn't matter right now, I heard enough.

"intentions or no intentions you still destroyed somebodys personal property" I looked over at Arthur who was still a wreck being treated by the ambulance crew.

"And for this, the three of you will remain here until we can arrange some kind of payment for the damages you have caused"

All three of them looked up in horror, but it was the girl who was now completely agitated.

"WHAT?" she yelled angrily, My wolf growled back at her attitude "WE ARE NOT Staying HERE!"

Oh really?

I looked around, and saw the whole pack was actually frozen with fright, even my guards looked extremely anxious, I wasn't surprised..... This girl was actually talking back to me.

How amusing...

"I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY ON MY PART! BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN JUST IMPRISON US FOR SOMETHING WE DIDNT EVEN MEAN TO DO! IT'S Inhumane! AND IT'S WRONG! WE ARE LEAVING RIGHT NOW!"

I felt myself smirk ever so slightly at her attempt to challenge my decision. Razor was also enjoying the show.

"I like this one" she growled "She has a sharp bite!" I was not about to let her walk out of this one without a message...

Without taking my eyes off her I moved closer, eyeing her up and down as I did so. "And who said you were prisoners?" I remained dangerously calm, I saw her body quiver under my glare. "But as you have assumed your own punishment. I will now hold all three of you in the dungeon, until I have a decision from the Alpha and Luna"

With that, I nodded towards my men. They already knew what to do. "LET ME GO!" Alex picked up the girl and carried her off to the pack bus, she was kicking and screaming like a trapped deer in a headlock!

"I'M SERIOUS! YOU THINK YOUR GETTING AWAY WITH THIS YOU HAVE ANOTHER THING COMING, YOU ARE SCREWED! YOU ARE SO SCREWED! LET ME GO!!"

I looked at the two boys who already understood my feelings. They got up and walked calmly with my men off to the pack bus I had waiting, I waited until it pulled out and drove back towards the palace before focusing my attention back to the fire.

"Are you alright Commander?" Martha placed Arthur in the ambulance and came over to see me, she looked really worried

"I'm fine." I said, trying to contain my frustration, I had a lot of paperwork to fill out and was debating whether to contact the Luna about this or not "I just need a better understanding as to what happened here, did either of them say what they did?"

Martha shook her head. "No, I thought it was them causing Arson, but when we found them, they seemed really scared and lost"

"I see"

The fire brigade was still working so I couldn't even see what they discovered yet. I doubt anything would've survived in those flames anyway "For now Arthur can take a spare room in the palace if he has nobody to go to" He needed support more than ever right now.

"Don't be silly, we'll have him" Martha said kindly "we only live two houses down from him so he can stay as long as he needs to"

I smiled a little and bowed at her gesture "Thankyou Martha, that's very kind of you both"

"It's my pleasure ma'am" She smiled, we watched the ambulance pull out of the field and drive away "I'll let his daughter know aswell just incase she wants to visit him"

I turned around and saw the entire pack watching. I Mind linked all of them.

"What has happened here, is now going to be under close investigation, If anybody saw anything please come directly to me as soon as possible. Otherwise you are all to stay away from this area until you are told otherwise. Understood?"

"Yes Commander!"

the link was over, and everybody made their way back to the pack lands, I wanted to wait to find out the results of this fire..."

"Commander!" Alex was back. I looked at the scratch marks across his arms, i didn't even need to guess how they appeared.

"Wow you took a bit of a beating I see?"

He just growled in response. "I tell you now, that girl is a menace!"

"I bet" I thought out loud, I still couldn't get that eye contact out of my mind. It was practically impossible for any normal werewolf to stare into the eyes of my blood....

"Did they tell you where they came from? or anything relating to this?" I asked, Alex just shrugged his shoulders. "No clue" he said "All I know is those three are a unit, so they would have definitely come from the same pack somewhere"

that was good to know.

"Alex, stay here until the fire is out. I want you to investigate the area and find the possible cause for all this" He nodded "Of course Commander" I ran back to the palace allowing my wolf to take over, I needed to go and fill out a report. which meant gathering information.

I needed to know who I was dealing with here....

"Commander, is everything alright?"

I had completely forgotten about Jenson, he was still waiting back with the whelps!

"Everything is fine" I reported back, I didn't feel it was right to give too much away during this time "Tell the class to return home and to avoid the farm lands until told otherwise"

"Understood"
