Christa POV
Slumped against the bathroom door, I nod to myself, ready to make my decision. I open the door to give Eli my answer.
“I…”
All of a sudden, right as I am about to give Eli my answer, there is yelling coming in from the house. Seth barges into the room, his eyes wild.
“You have to come down to the hospital NOW!”
“What’s going on?” Eli demands. Seth looks at me with worry in his eyes and then back to Eli, he says,
“It’s Chase.”
I immediately start moving towards Seth, but I am quickly stopped by Eli’s hand holding my wrist. He shakes his head at me.
“Follow me.”
