“Do you want to tell me why you were not in your bedroom night or do I need to put the pieces together myself?" She uttered in an abrupt tone. I let out a small laugh. “Well you are really good with puzzles mom, so I’m sure you are going to arrive at the answers you crave badly.” I sassed with derision. “Do not sass me young lady.. I am not going to let you disrespect me and my house anymore. Do you hear me.” She shouted. I rolled my eyes and looked away from her. “I clearly told said you were not allowed to step out of the fore-walls of the house but you went against my rules and decided to go to some stupid party the to return home wasted and a mess.” She scolded. “You should know I do not listen to you or so what whatever it is that you tell me to. I don’t care about your so called punishment or rules.” I crossed my arm across my chest and smirked softly. “Larissa!” She slammed her hands hard on the counter as she barked. Shit! The echo of her palm colliding against the counter resounded in my head and it sent a sharp pain to my already hurting head and I shut my eyes tightly then cursed under my breath. “Fuxking hell!” I can not fuxking do this right now. I don’t have the energy to argue with her right now. My head hurts and she is making it hurt even more with her nagging. I am honestly not in the right state to argue with her. “Not right now mom. I don’t have the energy to argue with you at the money.” I responded calmly as I thrust my hands into my hair. I sighed in frustration then walked out from behind the counter to make my way out of the kitchen. She would only keep getting on my nerves if I don’t leave her sight. “Where are you going Larissa?” She questioned. “Far away from you.” I responded dryly as I continued to walk away. Her voice was making my head ache even worst. I was already really sensitive and do not need anyone to make me feel worst with their nagging. “You will not walk away from me while I am still talking to you Larissa Simmons.” She boomed as I heard her slam her hand on the counter again. I paid no attention to her and just continued on my mission to escape from the nagging lady behind me. “Get back here Larissa!!” “That’s enough mom!” I snapped back then turned around to face her and stared at her with anger in my eyes. Fuck! That was a bad move. I shouldn’t have raised my voice. Another sharp jab to my head and I closed my eyes tightly then inhaled and exhaled deeply before staring at her with a tired expression. “Please. Just stop shouting already Mom.” I said in a calmer tone. “I am in a really bad shape right now. I have a really bad headache and your voice keeps making it hurt even more. So if you could just stop nagging and yelling at the top of your voice and speak quietly, I would really appreciate it.” She shook her head slight with disappointment on her face and scoffed in disbelief, “I don’t know what to do with you Larissa. I am fed up of your rebellious and nonchalant attitude. I and sick and tired of you Larissa. You don’t listen to me, your dad and anyone in this house and do whatever the hell it is that you want with your life.” “Well because I am not obligated to listen to anyone, and it is my life so I can decide to do whatever the hell I want with it.” I shrugged and deadpanned. “I…I wish you could be a tiny bit responsible like your sister. Why can’t you be more like her?” “Stop f*****g comparing me to your perfect daughter, mom. I am not her, I don’t wanna be her and I will never be her, so leave me the f**k alone already and allow me live my life the way I want to. Just sit yourselves out of my life!!” I snarled angrily then pushed past her and made my way out of the kitchen in anger. “LARISSA!! Get back here right now Larissa.” I heard her shout from the kitchen then ignored her then slammed the kitchen door behind me and ran up the stairs to my bedroom. My mom never appreciates anything I do and she always finds fault in every little thing that I do. She always nags me over the littlest of things and finds a way to compare me to her perfectly brought up daughter. All my life, I have done everything necessary just to get my parents approval and the same treatment they give to my sister but it just seems like nothing I do is ever enough for them and they only choose to pay attention to the bad sides and ignore the good side of me. My perfect grades were never enough for me to get their approval. I never got any support of acknowledgment from them, all I ever got from there was criticism about how I could do better. They are all so annoying and unfair to me. My mom, my dad and my sister. All of them are just really unfair and annoying. I mean, I am going through a breakup with my boyfriend right now and also can not stop thinking about a complete stranger I had met at the club last night, and I have no one in my corner to talk to and explain how I feel. All they ever do is nag and scold me over everything I do. They don’t care about my feelings and my mental health. They just do not care one bit about me.
