CHAPTER 10
Janice had a very satisfactory visit with the editor of the local paper. He was very interested in having her work for his paper. She told him she would think about his offer and let him know in a few days.
When Mike finished work, he headed straight for Janice’s motel. He called her to let her know he was on his way. When Janice opened her door, they both had smiles on their faces. Mike stepped inside, closed the door and pulled her into his arms. They both ignored the shock as he proceeded to kiss her. Janice put her arms around him and held him close as she kissed him back.
