Kelvin’s POV Sleep was a stranger to me. I tossed and turned, drenched in sweat despite the cool whisper of air from the AC. My sheets clung to my skin like guilt, and the hours dragged like chains. Restless, I slipped from bed and drifted to the bar, my steps soundless on the cold marble floor. I reached for the darkest bottle, the one that promised oblivion.
