LOST FOREVER

Jane ran through the corridors of the big compound as she was chased by Luke who seem to be panting already. A ten year old girl with hair as thick as a pile of books and laughter that rang through the corridor evaporating everywhere was seen giggling with excitement as she flew around. Luke couldn’t catch up with her and begged her to slow down . “Is okay I can’t do this anymore “ Luke pleaded in a husk voice. Jane upon seeing that her source of fun was wearing out stopped in her tracks and ran back where he was standing while panting heavily.She hugged him through the back muttering sorry. This calmed Luke a bit as he was no longer looking angry. Both are quite good looking. Luke is a plump guy with a gap tooth and dimples that makes him look like a lady. While Jane has the physique of a model, slender, tall, beautiful with pointed nose.Luke has once told her when she turns eighteen she would participate in auditions that hosts models. As she hugged him she rested her chin on his back. Luke held her hands and they both stayed there for hours.Ever since he came for holidays in Janes house, their bond had grew stronger. Initially they would speak on phone for hours which would make both parents question what they were discussing. As Luke is the eldest who gave Jane about three years making him thirteen, he would prefer to end the call first, telling jane she should only obey his orders. It is funny how they are able to grasp the ways of adults at early age. Luke’s mum and Jane’s dad share the same father. Both were born of different mum.Luke’s dad being the first and only son of his mum who suddenly gave up the ghost through a short illness. This made Luke’s grandfather marry janes grandmother after mourning his first wife for sometime. The teenagers are always happy with themselves enjoying each others company. Nevertheless an invisible fire has been ignited. One that would burn within their core and touching every fiber of their being. I would love us to go to same university, Luke told Jane one cozy evening as both were seen resting outside janes bungalow. Luke had felt so homely that he was thinking to permanently stay at his aunt house to finish college. “Same with me luke, it would be lovely seeing us hand in hand attending lectures and living in same apartment”. Jane replied. He smiled and hugged her enjoying her soft scent . As he hugged her, Jane felt excitement within. The two half siblings are unaware of this attraction as they thought is was normal to be fond of each other. The rest of the holidays were spent with luke doing almost everything together with Jane. From dining to playing, running errands, sleeping on same bed and cuddling each other. Janes parents were so busy that they would return from work at night , check up on the kids who seem to have long dozed off and then would retire to their own bedroom where they sleep and zoom off the next day. During weekends their parents are seeing doing some office backlogs. Their clothes are sent to the dry cleaner near their homes and the cook prepares virtually every meal. With the way of life in the Gawl’s family, everyone seem to be their own boss minding their business and taking care of themselves. Jane had gotten used to this lifestyle,whenever she needs anything she tells the cook who helps her with it. On some occasions, she would put a call across to her mum who will query about her credit card use before refunding her. Therefore Jane and Luke’s bonding naturally seemed to be okay in everyone’s eyes. Besides, Luke is here to keep her company for the holidays, or so they thought. As a thirteen year old boy, Luke was beginning to have some masculine features, his voice gradually becoming deep as well. Jane on the other hand has traces of growing breast which is still painful when touched. Luke had once asked her playfully what she was hiding inside her n*****s and had touched it. She exclaimed painfully which left him wandering what could be wrong. The two teenagers were always reading sexy magazines together at home. Luke who seems to be little knowledgeable and exposed always initiate the conversation at night. He had once shown Jane adult movies on his phone asking her to open her legs so that he can touch her c******s. Jane as naive she can be had agreed. This became their habit. Every night both would hug each other while touching their private parts sleeping off. This continued until the holiday ended and Luke returned as his parents does not want him staying there to complete his school. At the airport while seeing Luke off, Jane held him so tight sniffing , her mother was a little bit surprised as she has not seen her daughter such way before. She thought it was because she would be lonely and said; Darling don’t worry, Luke will be back once he completes his high school I promise you that”. This made Jane feel a bit better. She looked at him so deeply and intensely while giving him a peck. Luke himself was not taking it lightly, he wanted to carry Jane up at that spot and kiss her until she can’t feel her tongue,touch her hair and her body. But he held unto such urge as the elders were there. He can see tears rolling down janes eyes but he was helpless. Don’t worry I will make sure I come back as soon as I can and we will always keep in touch . Call me everyday whenever you can. As he said this he boarded the plane. He never took his eyes off Jane until they were out of site. Jane stood there not wanting to move her legs. She doesn’t know how she felt, she couldn’t explain it. All she wants to do is be with Luke at that plane. How long would it take for her to see him again? It could be five years as such is the interval luke takes before they meet again. Baby let’s go home shouted her mother who couldn’t understand why her daughter is acting all weird. Lazily Jane strode off not looking back. She hopes to focus on her studies while waiting for Luke’s return. “I must make sure I look prettier once he returns “ she muttered . It took nine hours before Luke arrived at his country home . As he entered the taxi , he nonchalantly told the driver where he is heading while relaxing his head on the seat handle. He doesn’t know why he feels so dejected. All he wanted to do is get home, have a hot shower and be on the phone with Jane even if it takes eternity. As the vehicle stopped in front of his house, his mum mrs Benita who was trying to water her gardens heard the screeching sound ,turning around he saw Luke who seems to be lost in thought while dragging his luggage around. Thank you sir he replied the driver as he zoomed off .
