Alex had just used Quicksand, a first-level magic spell.
Justin raised his head and gaped at Alex. Half of his body was already buried underground. “You’re an earth wizard?”
“Bingo,” Alex confirmed. He was in a good mood. “But it’s a bit too late to figure it out, isn’t it?” In case Justin could escape, he opened his right hand and drew another magic field.
Justin recognized it immediately through the crisscrossed lines. It was another Quicksand magic field.
“This enhanced Quicksand is for you, Justin!” Alex shouted. He pushed the second field into the ground.
