Chapter 11

"Yes, my lord!" Galahad obeyed, and at once began to execute the order. As the phone was connected, Galahad said in a cold voice, "This president is now preventing my lord's daughter from undergoing surgery because of the Joseph family. Is this the medical arrangement you promised? My lord is very dissatisfied with you!" At the other end of the phone, Stanley Field had already realized what was happening and said with trepidation, "Sorry sir, I won't make such a mistake again!" Subsequently, Galahad hung up the phone. Glenn Oliver vaguely recognized Stanley Field's voice on the phone and began to feel a little uneasy. Norman laughed and said, "Vincent, you haven't made any progress at all. Last night at my father's birthday party, you hired an actor to pretend to be Mr. Field. Now you're pretending to contact Mr. Field. Why not change your tactics?" Edison heard his father's words and joined in the laughter, saying, "I think you're a psychopath with a fetish for acting. Before treating your daughter, you should first treat your own mind!" "Exactly, Edison, let's go out and get some fresh air first. I think if we spend too much time with this maniac, we're also gonna catch his mental disease," Norman echoed. They then helped each other and left through the hospital corridor. Glenn Oliver saw that Norman and Edison were so calm and confident, and then the slight doubt he had just vanished. "You scared away my VIP customers, and now I not only failed to complete Mr. Stanley Field's order, but also lost a business deal. You should compensate me for all the economic losses!" Glenn Oliver said to the group of medical staff, "You fools, you're on the wrong side!" The crowd erupted into a commotion, beginning to regret their impulsiveness. Suddenly, there was a roar of helicopters outside. Everyone looked up and saw a red helicopter flying in and stopping on the top floor of the hospital. "That's Mr. Stanley Field's private helicopter!” Someone shouted out. "Mr. Field?" Glenn Oliver said to himself in surprise, "Could it be that Vincent really called him here?" Just a minute later, Stanley Field came to Glenn Oliver from the roof with his bodyguards. "Mr. Field..." Glenn Oliver tried to smile and greet him, but was slapped to the ground. "How dare you ignore my orders!" Stanley Field said angrily. "Is your stupid brain full of butter?" "Mr. Field, I received the guests of the Joseph family as you requested, but they were all scared away by this madman," Glenn Oliver cried on his knees, hugging Stanley Field's legs. "You dare to speak nonsense and insult Mr. Chesterton." Stanley Field kicked him away with one foot: "Break this man's legs and throw him out. I want him to know the consequences of offending Mr. Chesterton." "Inform all the enterprises under my name to blacklist Glenn Oliver. He will never be hired in the future." Stanley Field looked at Glenn Oliver and said, "There will never be any company in the entire M City that will hire you." "Mr. Field, you actually pay so much attention to our Joseph family, we will certainly repay your kindness in the future!" At that time, Norman and his son heard that Stanley Field was coming, and they quickly ran in. "What's going on?" Norman and Edison asked as they looked at Glenn Oliver, who was lying on the ground. "Mr. Joseph, you must help me. Explain to Mr. Field that I didn't disobey his orders!” Glenn Oliver climbed up to Norman and hugged his legs. "Who are you?" Stanley Field asked, looking at Norman and Edison in confusion. Edison came out and explained, "Mr. Field, we are from the Joseph family. Thank you for your concern about the health of our family. It's just a cold. Thank you for your trouble. "So you want to snatch this ward?" Stanley Field seemed to understand something. "Yes, yes, they are the guests of the Joseph family, and I have received them well according to your orders," added Glenn Oliver. "You self-righteous fools!" Stanley Field said and ignored them, giving orders to his bodyguards, "Get rid of Glenn Oliver and these two fools of the Joseph family." Several bodyguards received orders from Stanley Field to drag Glenn Oliver, Norman and Edison out, and then their screams were heard from outside. "Mr. Chesterton, I'm very sorry," Stanley Field bowed his head to Vincent and said, "This is my fault. I will immediately mobilize the best doctors in the city to perform the surgery for your daughter." "I have asked Galahad to find the best heart surgery experts. You just need to ask them to work in cooperation." Vincent pointed to the medical staff standing beside him and said to Stanley Field, "Let them return to their posts and work. Don't delay other people's medical treatment. I will let Galahad arrange soldiers to guard my daughter's ward." Stanley Field nodded and said, "You all go back to work. What happened today has nothing to do with you." The medical staff cast grateful glances at Vincent, and the crowd quickly dispersed. Vincent said to Galahad, "Have your men keep a close eye. I don't want anyone to disturb my daughter's surgery again." "Yes!" Galahad nodded and immediately arranged it. "Vincent, what's wrong?" Emma asked curiously when she saw Vincent back. Vincent smiled and said, "It's nothing. I've already solved it." Emma frowned and said, "I seem to have heard Uncle Norman's screams." "Don't worry too much. Let's just wait for Hope to finish the surgery," Vincent comforted. Emma nodded, not continuing to ask. Two hours later, the door of the operating room was pushed open, and the doctor came out of the operating room and took off his mask. Emma hurriedly approached and asked, "Doctor, how is my daughter?"
