War in the Streets
There was a fire at the old Menard Storage Center and the blaze was catching other things out North on fire, I was afraid that it would spread into some of our friends homes but we couldn't do much to help. Besides, the police and fire department were already there doing their job so we drove passed. I guessed the fire was an easy distraction for thieves the moment we got into town. Glad that I took the highway, we watched the looters u load stores as fast as they could. It was sad to see our home turn into what we were watching happen but it helped me want to get home faster and get out of here also. I loved my home but I'd rather keep my family and friends somewhere I can say whole heartedly is safe. I couldn't believe what was happening in town but to be honest I was extremely glad tha
