Our beginning

Last day at work

"Are you sure you want to go to work today? I'm sure they would understand if you didn't show up." I said to Samantha as we drove to the mall for her last day.

"I have to say goodbye to everyone and make sure they're going to be alright. No one seems to be wanting to leave with all the craziness going on but I was thinking that if they change their minds before we go we could maybe bring them with us?" she looked at me waiting for a response.

"Of course, I wouldn't leave anyone behind in the mess if they were willing to come with but you have to make sure we can trust them first. Zeava trusted us to take care of her children and that's what we have to do." I was a bit nervous about leaving her here after everything that we had witnessed happening around town but I couldn't stay with her
