Emmeline's jaw dropped as she entered the Great Hall. Her grip on Lyall's arm tightened as she surveyed the impressive scene in front of them. Gone was the long oak table that they had dined at just the night before. A long table covered with a deep red tablecloth ran down one side of the Great Hall, laden with dishes piled high with various delicacies.  Omega servers roamed the room with silver trays precariously holding glasses of various liquids, everything from red wine to champagne and some that looked like orange juice. The Great Hall was packed with people milling around, dressed to the nines in their finest. There had to be a hundred people or more, Emmeline estimated, trying to spot anyone she might possibly recognise.  She was glad Lyall had come looking for her so she wouldn't
