Bahamut's plain huge eyes scanned everything in this world instantly. Its eyes fell on Ray. As a summon, It was bounded to the Wand of hell flame. It can't do anything outside what the summoner wants. Bahamut's blue eyes flickered with strange light. Just its gaze alone could kill a great emperor with ease.
But Ray stood before its intense gaze with a lazy posture. His mouth curved into a slight arc.
" Your excellency, we meet again. " Bahamut spoke as it lowered its posture.
Despite only being a dead soul it still has a little consciousness.
After all It was a divine creature of netherworld.
' Wait.... what? What's going on!!! What's happening. ' Bloodhand became frightened and confused. Why a being of this level talking to him like this? His mind was on a mess. He didn't dare to say anything, his previous confidence and arrogant demeanor was nowhere to be seen.
Ray just smiled and nodded at Bahamut's humble greeting. Anyone would feel awe and fear after watching it. Spectators outside couldn't see anything, they don't have the right to gaze at it. Each and every beings in twelve spurious world were kneeling on the ground. Bahamut's ancient aura made them kneel in fear, no one dared to move.
Bahamut didn't even move but bloodhand who was fidgeting below turned into a bloody mist. He died without burial site not knowing how? And why?
" I wanted to torture him a little but you just killed him. " Ray sighed.
" Your excellency would lower yourself just to torture that tiny insect? This isn't like you though." Bahamut said slowly with confusion.
" Oh well no biggie. Its very surprising that you agreed to become that wands summon. " Ray changed the topic.
" Your excellency should have already guessed about that. "
" Well yes. I do have a guess. After all very few things that could make you give in. "
" Your excellency is wise. " Bahamut praised sincerely.
" You were quite smart that year. If it weren't for you being sly and smart things would have been different. " Ray smilingly said.
" Yes indeed i made a wise choice but even so it was too late. We were just a chess piece thats all. In the grand scheme of things beings like me are just a spec of dust. " Bahamut lamented.
" Do you want to live again? " Ray asked.
Bahamut's deep blue eyes flickered with excitement but it knows well that there's no free lunch in the path of cultivation.
" Your excellency have a way to revive me? My body is scattered to ashes and my divine soul is almost gone. If it weren't for your mercy back then i wouldn't be standing here right now. "
" Actually i do. " Ray mildly laughed and said.
Bahamut was shaken inside. Even for a creature of his level reincarnation was almost impossible, he almost gave up but now Rays words made him emotional and hopeful.
Reincarnation was extremely hard almost impossible no matter how strong one gets, unless one uses some kind of heaven defying treasure .
" If your excellency revive me I'll acknowledge allegiance to you for eternity. " Bahamut vowed solemnly.
" Alright. When the time comes you'll know. " Ray waved his hand slightly.
Bahamut didn't say anything anymore. His eyes shone as divine thunder flickered. It struck the wand in a gentle manner. The wand vibrated slowly as its light dimmed down. Bahamut turned into a stream of light as he flew into an unknown location. The wand of hell flame also tore open a space gate and disappeared into it.
When Bahamut left everyone slowly raised their heads. The terrific aura which made them suffocate was gone. They were extremely curious about what kind of being was that. People speculated that a venerable had descended into lower world but no one knows what exactly happened.
Ray came inside the roswell family mountain gate. His eyes scanned the area all around. Everything was devastated. Bloody stench was everywhere. Limbs, heads and bones were scattered all over. Those who were alive left in a hurry.
Elea's cold and bloody body was still lying on the ground. Ray came beside her and lifted her up. He placed her head in his lap slowly. Her body was motionless, without any heartbeat. Elea died with too many regrets. Her yearnings weren't fulfilled. She persevered untill the very end but she was powerless. Her mortal body couldn't bear it.
" Your young master is here but too late. I'm very bad right ? " At the moment he gently rubbed her face, wiping those bloods from her beautiful face. As he moved his hands all those scars disappeared slowly but still there was no movement. Ray stared at her flawless face with a caring gaze. He gently whispered in her ears.
' Don't worry. Your young master won't let you stay like this forever. I'll make you alive again even if i have to tear down the Heaven above and Hell below. '
Ray gave a bemoaning sigh. He ripped open a space gate and placed her body slowly into it. With a ' zip ' sound the space gate closed.
