Kamaria I couldn’t sleep last night. I woke up every ten minutes to make sure Brendon was still breathing and every five minutes from nightmares about Brendon getting shot. I would wake up in a quiet panic, unsure of where I was until I surveyed my surroundings and saw that Brendon was sleeping peacefully beside me. His hold tighter on me than usual. Around 9:30am I gave up on sleeping. We had finally got to bed around 5:00am and I had pulled the curtains closed so the room was as dark as possible. I wanted us to rest, but my body wouldn’t let me sleep any longer. I set up in the bed, but stayed close to Brendon.
